It's consistent food with friendly service. Large menu too. Good neighborhood lunch spot.

The first two times I went here were very nice. The service was good, the food was delicious, and the gluten free diner vibes were all there. The third is where it all fell apart. They gave me glutinous food and let's just say it didn't end well... If you're in the market for a New York diner and can eat gluten I'd say Palace is a fine option. Otherwise do not go here.

Located at 57th street, this diner offers tasty choices and generous portions. We tried the Chicken Caesar Salad and the Chicken Parmigiana were very good. Service aims to please. Highly recommend!

So the place looked so promising, and had a bar menu that only listed alcohol, I was disappointed all around with the food and the cramped booths. The service was pleasant, though they messed up a very simple order. The coffee was very good. That said, I could not recommend this place.

Basic diner. Great service, food freshly prepared to order. We ate here a few times during our stay as our hotel was next door. We tried breakfast and lunch items, none of which disappointed. The pastrami sandwich was tasty and the fresh pickled cucumbers were great. The eggs for breakfast were cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

I love Rueben's and was so excited to see this was on the menu. The meat was a little tough. Large portion size. The overall sandwich was good, but not amazing. Overall love this restaurant!
Was around the corner from my hotel. Had lunch one day and breakfast the next. Food and service was great and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend if you are in this area.

Only went for breakfast as we were staying around the corner, but these guys are so friendly and the food and service was great.
