Incredible service atmosphere and food. Pasta was cooked perfectly. I had the rigatoni amatriciana special - couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s a perfect spot to celebrate something or go for the holidays, definitely overpriced.

What a shame that the atmosphere was somewhat the only tolerable thing in this restaurant. The food was overpriced and very bland, POC beware this place ain’t it.

Food was AMAZING, service was top notch and the atmosphere is just magical!!Dietary restrictions: Two in our party have Celiac and the staff was very accommodating and even made suggestions to how they could alter a dish to suit their needs.

Food was fantastic, arancini may have been the best I’ve ever had. Ambiance was lovely. One point off because server put in the wrong order for my fiance so as we waited for her correct food to come out, my pasta became cold.

Beyond disappointed! Have been coming to Palma since 2011. For years has been my fav Italian restaurant in NYC. I made this reservation several weeks in advance to celebrate my birthday, but upon arrival we were directed to an odd table sandwiched between the front room tables and the garden room. 2 members of the party would have been facing an immediate wall. I was stunned that they would have believed such an accommodation was acceptable. Given the open space around that table, we asked to reorient the table in a way that would accommodate the three of us, but were told no. No apology for the unsuitable setting; no effort to find another solution beyond offering that we come back later that evening. We left. Angry, hurt & disappointed that my longtime favorite spot would treat us like that.

I booked reservation for an indoor seating with the request of being seated in the garden courtyard, a week ago. We were here for celebrating a birthday and we arrived 30 mins early. It was very busy evening yet the staff let us in early and have us sit at the bar while our table was ready. One of the members informed us a seat indoor and not courtyard, but upon request in person they made that happen and I really appreciated it. Staff was ovetall very helpful and ambience was straight out of a movie. Perfect for special occasions or date night. It's a new special place for me and my husband just for their backstory and the experience. Food was excellent and so the drinks! Definitely recommend visiting!

A lot to break down here, but all good things. 1. Atmosphere: quaint and quiet, I didn’t know they had a back patio that was more lively and think I’d ask to sit back there next time, but overall cannot complain about vibes. Such pretty flowers in funky vases everywhere which I love. Service: outstanding, perfectly attentive but also didn’t bother or rush us. Food: the CAULIFLOWER………. should have ordered two orders, next time I will be because it is that good. Focaccia is sooo good and warm and fluffy, can’t go wrong. I got the truffle pasta which was great, homemade noodles, solid but simple dish. Tiramisu was everything a tiramisu should be. Cannot wait to go back again.

Delightful lunch at Palma! The ambience was very cosy and being surrounded by beautiful flowers make us happy. Food was great and the service was really good, which made our ladies gathering so enjoyable. The tiramisu, tortellini in chicken broth and fritto misto were my favourites. Portions were appropriate. 2 appetisers. 3 pastas and 3 desserts are enough for 4 asian females’ stomachs. Menu also suitable for vegetarians.

One of the best Italian restaurants in nyc Everything was delicious. The meatballs are truly outstanding and all of our pastas were exceptional. Service is exemplary. Space is beautiful with multiple rooms. The one in the back where we sat is small and intimate with less hubub than the front room. Also an excellent tiramisu.

From the intimate upscale neighborhood restaurant feel, to the great staff, amazing food, flavors and drink, eating here has become a highlight, if not one of the primary reasons we like to come to the city. Never lets us down. Always a pleasure for all the senses without being too trendy, put-on or overly hyped.

Very Loud as our 5:45 reservation progressed. Only suggestion would be to put some mid priced wine bottles on the list. Could was on point, staff absolutely amazing. Friendly diners in this tight dining space.
