They don't serve the vegetarian version of the cheese wheel pasta from the cheese wheel. That part was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, the pastas were really good and would visit again.

The BEST pasta we have ever eaten! Everything tasted fleshly made ? and the service was delightful ? We will most definitely come back when we are in town again.

Ugh. Just a bad experience overall. Management was super rude, service was slow, food was alright but overpriced. The place was incredibly hectic and our table only had 6 inches of space between the other tables—we were basically having dinner together with the people next to us. As soon as we got the menus the waiter kept breathing down our neck to order and got pissed when we said we wanted more than (literally) 45 seconds to look it over. We were hardly checked on throughout the night, had to ask for the check twice because no one would come up to the table, and waiters were literally RUNNING up and down the aisle past us the entire time we were there (great mood setter for sure). It was so hectic, like they just wanted to get people in and out as fast as humanly possible. Just an overall pretty bad experience. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting! The toilet seat was caked with piss stains (looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks) and there were no paper towels! You would think that a more expensive restaurant like this would, at the very least, be able to keep their bathrooms clean. Just gross. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Soretes, they charge the tip they want on the card without the customer's authorization. I hope they are founded.

I ordered a pasta that comes with the show. Only that i was given the pasta without the show. And I ordered 2 portions of bruschetta and they never even brang it out. The waiter seemed drunk as he completely forgot we ordered it as he even told us 10 minutes before the bruschetta was coming out. They then done the show for another table which I feel like it was due to my skin colour because the service I received was absolutely disgusting. I will not come here again

The bread was disappointing. The service was ok (the busboys were hustling but only saw our waiter twice. The hostess seemed about as annoyed as a true Italian might be that you’ve come into their restaurant HahHa). It was loud and hot. But the pasta was truly INCREDIBLE. Even my Roman husband approved. The prices on the website are about $10 lower than the price in store.

I came on a busy Friday evening where we were promptly seated. I recommend making reservations. We all decided on the family style menu. For what you pay the value is good however just like the other reviews the pasta dishes came out salty. One of the girls ordered penne and that was one of the better dishes. My carbonara dish was a little salty at first but it got better after a few more bites. Unfortunately 2 of my friends ordered the Cacio e Peppe and they could not really eat the dish. Everything else the meatballs, salad, cheese platter and mixed fried seafood were good. The best thing was the salad. The space is very tight so I don't recommend coming with a large group. The staff was efficient and constantly moving.

I had Fusilli with pesto sauce and it was the best pesto I’ve had in my life. Had to use bread to get all of the sauce. Everyone there was really nice and I’ll be going back!

A friend and I had dinner at Pasta Eater last week while visiting NYC and had an amazing meal and experience. The waitstaff was extremely friendly and helpful and we loved the ambiance of the cozy restaurant. We shared the pear salad (Insalata di Piere) and the Pasta Giusto and both were delicious! The Pasta Giusto was incredible and should not be missed! We finished the meal with tiramisu and coffee. The whole experience was delightful, and we will be back the next time we're in NYC!
