JUST RUDE!!!On February 16th, I recommended Pasty's for dinner with three friends on 60th Street in NYC.  I have been a patron of Patsy's for more than a decade, and have never had a problem. We enjoyed our meal and were reviewing the dessert menu, when we were  interrupted by the lights switching off and on in the restaurant.  Initially, we thought that it was a fire alarm or a black out.  It was really frightening, until we noticed the manager standing by the light switch.  When we inquired as to what happened, he very rudely indicated that the restaurant was closing. Please note that the manager was professionally dressed in a suit, but his demeanor was very unprofessional and nasty.  We were tucked away in the corner, enjoying our conversation and did not realize that the restaurant was closing. As a loyal patron, it was very alarming to be treated in such a discourteous and rude manner.  The manager could have handled this matter in a way that was considerate, polite and professional.  He could have simply approached the table and informed us that the restaurant was closing for the evening.  That would have been more courteous and taken less effort than switching the lights off and on.  We would have gladly made our way out the door within seconds. However, the way in which we were told to leave the premises was extremely jarring and just rude!  It caused unnecessary panic and fear among three women.  It was one of the worst ways to end what had the potential to be a delightful dining experience.I will not attend Patsy’s restaurant in the future because of this encounter, and I want to warn others to be aware of this very nasty and rude manager.

Can we say bad all around? I frequented the Patsy's location on the Upper West Side several years back. It consistently had great pizza, salads and drinks. Perhaps out of nostalgia and convenience I thought to try this location while I was in New York in October. What a disappointment! The service was extremely slow. Only when we complained did they tell us that they were prioritizing a large party. Guess what? They are in NYC -- it's a fair bet that there are large crowds everywhere. Never mind though because when the food finally came, it was cold and bland. Please consider this a warning. NYC has plenty of good spots. Patsy's is no longer one of them. What a shame.

A rather cold welcome at the entrance, barely hello. The server was rather pleasant. The food was tasty and quite generous. The pleasant setting and nothing to say about the cleanliness. You should expect an average of 22 dollars for a dish.

Great pizza, friendly service, however: the prices - 35 USD for a pizza with two toppings? That's even by NYC standards very expensive.

Went here for the first time with some family. We ordered the margarita pizza to start and then I had spaghetti and meatballs for my entree. The pizza was delicious! The crust was nice and thin and the sauce and cheese were delicious. The spaghetti and meatballs were very good! Just a personal preference I would have def liked the pasta more aldente and less sauce. The staff was super friendly and nice. Will def be back!

Absolutely disgusting. $30 for burnt veal with something green in it. Whole meal drowned in cold sauce. What happened to this place?

Awesome pizza and atmosphere. It's a must stop when in NYC. Great for small or large groups. Pasta is very good, too.

Such an amazing pizza place! They have a bar here also if you were interested. They serve your pizza fresh and are one of the best restaurants here in NYC! The staff always took care of us and asked how our day was and finally the prices are worth what you get. They have an upper and lower eating area just so everyone is aware.
