absolutely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. to say i am disappointed with my experience is an understatement.for my 19th birthday, my friends & i decided to come to this restaurant. we looked at the menu & saw the expansive menu with very reasonable prices.the first issue, finding the restaurant. there is no sign outside, & we had no idea that it is inside a hotel. so we walked by almost three times before we realized.when we got there, we were seated immediately but we had a reservation. we did noticed that the restaurant was almost completely empty, & it was a Friday night. when we sat down, it took us about 10 minutes before a waiter came over. almost immediately he began pushing us to buy a bottle of wine, although we had told him multiple times that we were underage.the second issue, the menu. my friends & i walked in already having an idea of what we wanted due to the menu on the website. so come to our surprise when almost nothing on their online menu is on their actual menu. everything was extremely over priced & had little to no options. when we asked the waiter about it, he had an attitude & almost immediately dismissed us. we ended up ordering three salads, & decided we'd go somewhere else.the third issue, the service. when we placed out order, the waiter immediately gave us an attitude, ripping the menu's out of our hands. five minutes later came out the salads, & he threw them on our table, walking away without saying a word.the fourth issue, the food. our salads were plated horribly, with literal cheese slices on the salads instead of nicely chopped up. my plate was overflowing with ceasar dressing, to the point that it was on the bottom of the plate, getting all over my hands.when we finished eating, the waiter threw our check at us, automatically including a tip of 25%, which was not deserved at all. then the manager comes over, says "hi ladies, how was dinner?", & walked away.my friends & i have never left a restaurant so fast, & ended up going to Chick-fil-a down the street. this restaurant is one of the worst i have been to. highly disrespectful & very different from what they show online. save your time & money

The burger was pretty good and the fries tasted fresh. The drink I got was raspberry blitz and it was strong but still tasty.

We went here because we were staying at the hotel and didn’t want to venture too far as we had theatre tickets. At first it started off pretty good. We ordered the fried calamari and the bruschetta and it was quite good. Then we got to the main meals - we both ordered chicken Parmesan but I had a side Caesar salad and my husband had the pasta.I was enjoying my meal but my husband found the pasta over cooked and he barely had any chicken. It was all breading and no chicken. As for me even though I was enjoying my meal I found a broken earring in my salad which turned me off completely. The poor waitress had our meals taken off the bill but in all the commotion didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else. Instead she just brought us the bill for the appetizers. We were really disappointed because it was our last night in New York and we wanted a nice dinner but sadly it was spoiled with bad food and a broken piece of jewelry in my meal.Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

It’s supposed to be an Italian restaurant .Appetizer: gnocchi al pesto . It’s on the menu, was told the didn’t have so I ordered a salad instead. They got my salad wrong.I asked for the Uncle Paul salad(Bacon, roasted peppers, red onions, mushrooms, mozzarella and dressing) they served me a house salad no dressing.Entrees : ordered chicken parm with linguine , was served with spaghetti instead. Did have the courtesy inform me of change. Taste was disappointing, very bland. As for dessert ask for a cannoli(on the menu) again told they didn’t have. SMH. Got a NY cheese cake instead.Good things…Our server was named Addis he was awesome, super attentive.Drinks were fabulous.Dessert was delicious.
