Thank you for having us at our last night in NYC! The ambiance is very cute with the lights upon the ceiling. We'd enjoyed the good cocktails and service. Definitely a recommendation to our friends abroad ?
Where to start- there is no phone number to get a hold of anyone, no one answers the rsvp email, we got there and had to stand in line outside even though we had a reservation, the fire alarm went off, we sat at our table for 15 mins and I had to go to the hostess to get a server to come over...1/10 rating

Very underwhelmed by this place. The drinks were good, my friend only ordered food as we just came from lunch somewhere else. I chose this places for my friend's birthday as I specifically wanted to see the flower tunnel/ arrangement that they have but when we got there it said it was under construction and no flowers anywhere except by the bar. The terrace area is tiny and the waitress I believe her name was Annabella (I could be wrong) was very rude. She spilled our drinks twice when bringing them out and didn't bother to apologize. I still tipped the minimum of 18% but her service and energy wasnt worth that. Still, the biggest let down was the ambiance. Had I known they were under construction I would've stayed in the meat packing district where we already were and went to a local bar there. In all fairness, after having amazing service at RH rooftop it was pretty hard to leave that ambiance and service and come here. So many pretty rooftops in NY, I def won't be back.

Came here for my birthday. I wish they had made it known that they were under renovation. This was an absolute disappointment. When we got there they forgot to seat us and we were standing at the bar longer than we should. The music was very loud, very small space. Food was not good. However, drinks were delicious. Overall the experience was a disappointment. Don't think I will be coming back here.

This place is really nice to grab a drink and appetizer if you just want to hang with friends. However, the prices are very high and the chairs/stools are terrible. It's great if you rent of the space for a company event. But just for a handful of friends it's not worth it.

I love the vibe and the terraces to view Times Square. I occasionally stop by and the staff is friendly and smiling. Keep up the great work! The djs play great diverse music. My place to go to unwind after a long work day or well deserved Out and About ?Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly at brunch during weekend. Great experience in a Sunday morning

They were also super nice when I showed up to my birthday reservation late and they let us sit even though my whole party wasn’t there yet. The drinks are super yummy and creative and the food was very good as well. They also didn’t rush us off our table at all. Not sure if it was because it was a rainy day, but there weren’t that many people there. The music is a bit random but it’s good. I would definitely go back here again, it’s a nice place to catch up with friends, or to start your night with.

The view is STUNNING..The view is STUNNING..Lemme say it one more time … THE VIEW IS STUNNING !!!! I was in awe. The vibe is fun and upbeat with the DJ it’s very lively. The food is delicious too definitely an overall great time

Went for happy hour - no one was there. Asked if a margarita was part of the 10$ mixed drinks happy hour, was told could not do it. I made a reservation and when we got there we were given bar stools. So the 8 ladies I was with just left because we felt no one wanted to serve us. 0/10
PHD Terrace is hyped up due to Instagram. It was just an OK place. The prices are high for what you get and the food isn't that great. I'm glad we went but I wouldn't go back.

A very romantic setting, with views from all four sides, including the lights of Broadway. This actually consists of two separate rooms, about equally desirable, separated by a corridor decked out in (artificial) white flowers. The only disadvantage, which is temporary, is that the special elevator to PHD Terrace was out of order, so there was some delay in getting up to the terrace and getting back down.

This place is a fraud. The food and drink was nasty. I tired to eat one their empanada and felt nauseous right away. My friend that was with me also experienced the same thing. Because of the flowers I will give it a 3/10 because you can only use your phone to take pictures and make videos. Also most of the people deriving you were either white or Spanish. The security will make sure you leave your camera before heading upstairs.
