Excellent site. The food and coffee are top-notch, but above all the attention of the staff. They are wonderful. To come back !!

Nice little place. Enjoyed a snickerdoodle, coconut macaroon, and a southwest wrap. All delicious!

We stopped for coffee to go at this little treasure of a place! The coffee was DELICIOUS and perfect for a cold New York Day! The food looked awesome but we already had other breakfast plans so we didn't indulge. We will definitely return when we're back in the area!

Everyone was very helpful and the pastries were perfect. My favorite were the hazelnut financiers.

Very disorganized service after placing my order. Asked and paid for a large iced latte and was given a small hot latte. Absurdly long wait time for the area as well. Will not be returning.

Good croissant and coffee, convenient location right off the Grand central train station. Not very prompt service in the morning and not that much seating, it is mostly catering to take-out crowd.

What a great accidental find for us this was after leaving Summit Vanderbilt. We stumbled upon it and I think this was the best iced latte I’ve ever had plus an unbelievably tasty muffin. The service from the lady at the till was very personable and warm.

This is an excellent patisserie that relives the homesickness and nostalgia of a Francophile. The pastries, breads, sandwiches are all delicious. I don’t know why the rating is so low - they know exactly what they are doing. The canelés are a special favorite of mine

We were attending 78th UNGA at the UN headquarters. Epicerie Boulud was not in our way to reach the UN HQ, it was our fate took us there as we took the wrong road, and we come across a very tiny yet warm shop. We loved the atmosphere and the food. Wish if our destiny brings us to USA, will come again to this beautiful warm cafe. Love from Bangladesh.

Nice and clean with friendly staff but they were not great in taking my order or in making it. I ordered an oat milk latte with caramel syrup and they made me a whole milk and forgot the syrup. I cannot consume regular milk due to health reasons so I kindly asked for them to remake it and within 5 mins they were handing me a cup with my drink. I tasted oat milk in the drink but something was still off and by the time I got to my office I knew what it was. They added oat milk in the previous drink instead of making me a new one which cause me to have awful stomach pains all day. If they don’t care about the customer needs why would I spend my money there? I will try another location maybe in the future but I’m done with Midtown which is really sad because I would have love to spend some of my Starbucks money with them.

Very disappointing! I had a fruit tart. The crust was stale. It must have been sitting in their fridge for many days. Mr. Boulud should be very embarrassed to have this joint carry his name.

The croissants are works of art.
