Don’t ever come to this place. Absolute worse! My wife and I, came to this location and a trainee was preparing our order. This Bengali woman treated this kid so poorly that it left such a disgusting impression on us. We ordered two frozen yogurts with basically no toppings because nothing was on there. And then two seasonal drinks, one mango and one watermelon. If you just want ice and nothing else definitely order it. After seeing that there was nothing but ice, I asked the woman why it wasn’t even filled to the rim. She replied with “we are following the recipe.” As a business owner , I know that’s nonsense. No recipe calls for just ice and an ounce of liquid unless it’s shaved ice. The least this woman could’ve done was fill our drink to the rim or at least apologize. Anyways, I’m not the type to leave a review but this is a disgusting place.

I ordered mango ice cream I was thinking of eating here before I went to New York, so I was satisfied.I thought it was innovative that there were gummy bears as a topping, unlike in Japan. I ordered the medium size with lots of blackberries and strawberries and it was big enough for two people.It would be easier to order if the menu and toppings were a little easier to understand.

Very rude staff. Gives very poor portions to good regular customers & large portions & free toppings to pretty young girls. Discontinued Coconut which is the only dairy free yogurt option which they've hadfor 7 years. Said this is the season for mango & that's dairy free which is ridiculous cause mango Italian ice is certainly not in season in WINTER & certainly NOT FROZEN YOGURT! Discrimanatory to people like me with Dairy Allergies who would like this option which I've bought here for 7 years & don't need they're nastiness telling me they need to make room for new flavors, yes 8 DAIRY FLAVORS & one machine not even being used. Found alamode dairy free & another one a few blocks down with better prices U LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER & MY GIRLFRIEND!

I come here often and without exception yet they've been extremely friendly every time. Even when it looks like there will be a wait , there isn't ever much of a wait. The employees are observant and efficient. A finally the yogurt and toppings are fresh and delicious.
