My favorite pizza place. We fly in for pizza. I feel like I am in Italy eating with family.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is the absolute best anywhere. Accessibility is an issue unless you sit outside or you can walk down steps. We always have help, and we can walk the 4 steps down. However, they should have a lift to allow you to come down. In the summer it is easier because of the outdoor seating. They really have the best pizza, or else the hard to access would be a detourant. They do deliver, but it's not the same. The dlourless dessert is great..so is the gelato. We love the people that work there
If you want to come in and be greeted with real warmth, and enjoy a truly excellent dinner, go to this restaurant.Quality, courtesy and prices absolutely in line with the places in this city

I have two kids with celiac and I have to eat gluten free AND lactose free. They miraculously made me a gluten free lactose free pizza that actually tasted AMAZING (they had vegan cheese available). The gluten free focaccia and pizza crust are wonderful and soft and warm and fresh and just all around fantastic. They took our food allergies VERY seriously. They even have specially made gluten free cookies. Our server Laura and her assistant Jon were even better than the food. My kids spilled their full glasses of water on the floor. They were on it in seconds and made them feel like it was no big deal and something that happens all the time. My son dropped his knife, again within seconds they were there with fresh silverware without us even asking. The regular non-gluten free food the rest of the patrons had looked amazing as well. The owner was there that night and we told him how much we appreciated everything and the wonderful gluten free and lactose free options. He packed us up a whole box of their special gluten free cookies to go for free. I would recommend Pizzarte to anyone I know going to NYC, particularly if you want a nice special place to eat but that is very family friendly.
