Scallion pancake burrito for $10.95 unfortunately did not live up to expectations. I came on a rainy weekday afternoon, and was the only person in the store. You get to build your burrito by picking two proteins: charred chicken thigh, herb roasted chicken, tender prime beef, shrimp, ahi tuna (raw), salmon (raw), crabmeat, spicy tuna, or tofu. All burritos include cucumber, lettuce, onion, cilantro, pickled radish, wonton crisps, and avocado. I chose ahi tuna and salmon. I'm used to my scallion pancakes being crispy. Unfortunately, this scallion pancake was kind of soggy. I ate it at a countertop at the front of the store, so it wasn't like I was carrying it in a takeout box and it got soggy over time. I wanted to like it, especially since it's got everything I like: scallion pancake, ahi tuna, salmon, veggies, all wrapped up into burrito form. But the soggy scallion pancake was kind of a letdown.

Definitely has become my normal go to for something delicious fast and affordable in this neighborhood. Their hand rolls are huge and even their poke bento boxes are affordable at 9.50. Service is always fast and it is a casual place and I would like to do what I can to support this place! If you live or work close by and want something affordable and tasty I definitely recommend.

They've got everything you can imagine front stir fries, to poke bowls, to Hawaiian bbq and more! Super affordable and very good portions plus unlimited toppings! Only downside- small shop so definitely more of a take out spot

A delightful little hole in the wall! I was intrigued by the sandwich board outside advertising scallion pancake tacos and decided to stop by for a snack. First, this place is tiny and has one guy working there. Luckily, he is a great guy, and very efficient. His recommendation of beef topping was spot on, and he asked about and listened to my preferences. Absolutely delicious and larger than expected. I am definitely going to have to come back to try their bowls. Wheelchair access: no steps to get inside.

Tasty bowl made quick. I got the tofu and it was a flavor party. Everything was fresh and enjoyable!

This place is perfect is you're looking for a quick, affordable, and filling to-go meal on the west side! It is incredibly small inside with only the ingredient counter and 3 barstools. The prices are hard to beat - a bowl with rice, veggies, and meat was under $12. The only downside is that the counter uses loose shakers so toppings like sesame seeds fall into the other ingredients, so this location is definitely not cross contamination allergy safe.

Solo person running entire place. Amazing food and healthy as well. Highly recommend!!!

Solo person in the spot and just intentionally ignored me and added tomato's and slobbered my food in sauce. Refused to make a new order and found out i had a hair in one if them.

I stumbled upon this place while looking for lunch and I'm so glad I did. I got the grilled shrimp noodle bowl and it was delicious! I will definitely be coming back. Friendly service also!

Highly recommend this spot to anyone who is looking a quick yet filling grab and go bowl! I was walking around the block and happened to see a newly opened restaurant, Fortune Bowl! There, you can customize your own bowls or get one of their signature bowls. I got a customized bowl with their prime beef and herb roasted chicken breast proteins and broccoli, corn, sweet potato, cucumber, and edamame as toppings. That bowl was honesty the best bowl I had in NYC. It was amazing and very affordable, 11.95 being cost. You can never find a better deal for a nice and warm bowl anywhere at this time. They also have a variety of drinks and great service.

I had never been here before and a lot the restaurants that I used to frequent are no longer around because of the pandemic and new ones are moving in, smaller spaces, no seating to really speak of. Fortune Bowl is new and caught my eye and I looked over their menu. You can either order one of their signature bowls or customize your own bowl. I opted for the later since it was the first time. You start with your base, which can be sushi or brown rice, mixed greens of zucchini noodles. To this you add your protein [chicken, tofu or beef] add hot or cold toppings if desired, some crunch and a selection of sauces [of the 8 listed, 3 are hot.] Drinks are available along with a selection of dumplings. I went for the customized bowl [brown rice] with 2 proteins [herb roasted chicken and charred chicken thigh] hot topping [stir fry mushroom and onion] cold toppings [cheese, some lettuce] crunch [ garlic crisp] and my sauce was the lime cilantro. It was ready quickly and was very good. The place is small and clean, there is minimum counter space-i think enough for two people without being in the way. It was towards the end of the day when I was there so I had no problems sitting at the counter. I liked it, it was reasonably priced, quick, delicious and I would return to investigate other options on the menu.

Excellent new spot in the neighborhood! They're offering a BOGO deal now so I got the chili fusion bowl and herb roasted chicken bowl. Both were delicious, the former being surprisingly spicy which was a nice surprise. One of the most affordable takeout spots in HK, all bowls being $11.95.

Trying out Fortune Bowl as new spot in town and love the bowl I purchased! Good quality beef with a good kick of teriyaki sauce. Definitely will recommend others to try it out!
