Food was good as always, but as with many of these smaller locations, there really isn't much seating available.

Waited 15 mins for 2 combos, the two pieces of chicken I ordered was not fully cooked and the popcorn shrimp i ordered was the size of a dime coin I could not believe my eyes when I opened it up when I got inside to eat, I basically got robbed by paying for false advertising, I don’t feel this place employees take their job serious, maybe because of the culture of people who support there business in this area, no matter where an Popeyes location is it should be cooked and served properly as it advertises its businesses, SHAME ON THIS LOCATION, IT NEEDS TO BE REFORMED.CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THIS LOCATION !

The place was absolutely dirty and disgusting. The food turned out to be raw and the employees only gave us fries to compensate that. If i was allowed to leave a 0/5 stars, I probably would have. The best part of my time here at Popeyes was the drinks that weren’t even that sweet.

This Popeyes was nice and clean however, there wasn’t much seating but I guess that’s normal since most other Popeyes I’ve been to haven’t had a lot of seating either. The girl at the register was nice, she took our order quickly and got everything correct. The food was okay it wasn’t super greasy like Popeyes food usually is which was a plus but my chicken sandwich was cold.

I love Popeyes chicken. I love them mashed potatoes and I love their coleslaw. After that it’s all downhill. This Popeyes chicken at 1572 3rd Ave. in New York City is the only one I have ever eaten in. It is dirty! You have to leave your tray and garbage on the tables as they don’t ever seem to empty the waist baskets. They do not sweep on a regular basis. They do not wipe down the tables. The staff is pleasant, but if you ask for a manager, they nearly faint! Heaven help you if you’d like to speak to an owner! There is no way to get in touch with anyone in authority.I was given a $75 gift certificate as a Christmas present. I tried to use it today neither the ladies on the register nor the manager had any idea how I could do that. The manager said it’s online only! That is not true! I was not able to use my gift certificate. There was no one with whom I could speak.Today was dine in. Mostly I take out as it is very dirty and they seem to cater to only one class of people with no interest in the rest of us. They don’t have their own delivery people. You have to call a delivery company and then you have no idea who it is that would be coming to your apartment. If they open the Popeyes east of third Avenue and below 86th St., they would have a whole different group of people and they would have to keep it clean.

The lunch box consists of a chicken sandwich, regular fries, a small drink and apple pie. With 30 cents extra for a medium-sized drink and tax, the total was $11.20, which may be slightly cheaper than comparable chicken sandwich meals from other fast food joints. The chicken was crispy and moist, but the spicy option is really not that spicy. The fries were probably the best part of the combo. The cinnamon apple pie had a good crust but the filling was more like apple sauce.

This restaurant has been overrun by DoorDash/UberEats delivery runners. They absolutely have no respect and will cut in front of lines and the staff don't seem to care. They will also take up half of the tables to hang out, so you can't really even dine in because there will not be any seats.Luckily, the food that comes out of this kitchen is really good. Was able to get a fresh batch of fried chicken and it was the best.

I cannot believe that I even went into this restaurant. I am not someone that eats or has ever eaten fast food. This was recommended to me by people I trust and consider to be foodies. It was so good! The chicken was moist and flavorful. The coleslaw was crispy, very fresh. The biscuits were very flat and dry and not really very good especially for the price. That being said, I can't wait to go back!I take my meals home and they are a bit far away so it doesn't stay quite as hot as it should.Nobody's fault. Just wish they'd open on second or first avenues or third if they must lower down in the high 70s or low 80s.Staff is lovely and friendly. They do not offer a Paper take out menu. I miss that.Try it. Everything is really, really good.

The food is horrible here. I got spicy chicken sandwiches and fries which both are disgusting. Sure they are dipped in the old oils multiple times. Never would order again.
