Any hospitality operation needs to know that the customer comes first. This was not the case at the 125th Street Harlem location. During my visit I witnessed several verbal altercations that were escalated by the staffs inability to communicate properly. I personally had an argument with my cashier because she was giving me back too much change. Why am I the one looking out for Popeyes better interests rather than a paid employee. Too much tension at that location. I won't be returning there anytime soon.

I absolutely love this Popeyes the most. It serves so many people because it's accessible from the ABCD, M60, Bx15, M101, M100, & M11. Being that is serves so many people, it's always pushing out fresh chicken. The fried chicken is BOMB. Like, I literally eat from here 30+ times a month. And am always pleased. They recently upgraded their charge card machines that helps with a smooth transition from ordering to paying. To add, the employees are very sweet. Customers can be hungry which makes them angry, but the employees remain calm and tries their best to get to as many people as possible. GO HERE. EAT HERE. THANK GOD FOR POPEYES!
