I generally enjoy Potbelly so this review is for bad service at this particular location. I ordered a milkshake with dinner delivery and instead received an illegible note that said “out of shakes sorry” with no refund issued. After 3 calls, including two to the same manager, with no refund issued I had to call seamless directly to get my refund. I also put in a complaint with Potbelly corporate but they are also apparently too busy to call people back. This isn’t about the money but it’s bad business to not send items and not issue refunds. This is called lazy business

Instead of receiving the milkshake I got a hand written note that said "out of shakes sorry" in illegible hand writing and, of course, no refund issued. I called and spoke to the manager who said she would issue the refund but also offered no real apology or explanation. Of course after 2 follow up calls, including one where the very same manager asked me who I spoke to, still no refund. I ultimately had to get seamless to issue the refund directly. Since then I filed a complaint with Potbelly corporate who also apparently are too busy to call people back... it's not about the money but you can't not send someone what they ordered and be too lazy to issue a refund. Not good business...

What can I say about this place Potbelly Sandwich, I just ate was actually pretty good, but I want to talk about the service I received, Not so Good , I asked for a Italian with extra Bacon, she proceeded to take my Bread to a toaster... I said please don't toast my Bread I didn't ask for it.. she said we always do this... fine I told Never been here before, I said please Mayo on the bottom of Bread, she said tell her to do that , I said ok, Next I asked the next person to please put mayo on Bread, she took squrt bottle and still put on Meat, then the Bacon ? came off this convier belt, it was burned.... very sad ? then she seamed perturbed at my suggestion of how I like my sandwich.. then she says I have to charge you for all this Bacon.. ( like I don't have a Job to pay for it) Rude, take a look at this sandwich, it was good for the price but Not Worth the aggravation you have to put up with, to eat a decent sandwich, there is a lot of places to eat on Fulton Street, you would figure you would get Better service from a small sandwich shop that a first time customer would want to come Back.... I will come back when this staff isn't there... ??

Solid potbelly spot. A bit slow for a typical potbelly shop, but the volume of customers isn't very high, so it actually works out fine. Super convenient in downtown, and right next to Fulton Center, so you can get to your next destination quickly.

dinner tonight was Great! Chicken Kabobs were the best-very tender. Hummas was really good, not so much garlic like most places. Hubby had the lamb chops, very tender and good. Order and pay at the counter, they bring it to you. Bakery and Bar there too. The wraps looked good, next time. Looks like enough to share! Will go back for sure.
WOW!I received a courteous friendly greeting upon entering. My sandwich was made to perfection and the salad, they followed my directions precisely. I must add that the manager made my lunch experience quite pleasurable I will be returning soon and very soon. Thanks Amoi for best customer service ever.

The original chicken was crispy, tender and juicy. The coleslaw and pickles were a perfect match for the chicken burger. In contrast, the spicy chicken was salty. The loaded fries and regular fries were nicely seasoned. I loved them.

I thought Subway Sandwich was the best until I came to Potbelly Sandwich shop. Their menu has so many varieties of sandwich and things to orders at a fair price. I think their sandwiches are much better and more intriguing because of the toping and the flavors it gave off. It was crowded before the pandemic but it is more calm with less people now. It's nice to see that the staffs are strictly following the social distancing rule as well as helping to encourage customers to follow the same rule. This create a very safe and clean environment for both the staffs and customers. However I wish the customer service were much better and faster because I do see a lot of customers disappointed and frustration. Despite that the customer service are good overall because the staffs here really care about their customer wellbeing and satisfaction with the nice and clean environment and decorations.
