BEWARE. Pay cash. I Used Apple Pay and an hour later my cc number was stolen and 8k was charged in it. After some googling, it seems to have happened to several customers.

So first I want to say that when this location was downstairs, there was much friendlier customer service. Now that the same company is upstairs, the customer service is lackluster at best. They advertise 50% off a 6th salad and don’t honor it which is false advertising, and there is a slightly overweight light skinned man that is very rude and disrespectful. This one particular guy if he is the owner I would not contemplate ever spending money here. I only feel bad for the workers who are actually very friendly that have to put up with such nonsense from a supervisor. That being said, the actual food is actually pretty good. Customer service however should be the most important aspect.

I really wanted a pick me up cappuccino and was willing to pay top dollar for it too. I skipped a Dunkin right across to get to this place. Vibe is fine & service with a smile but no good coffee. I paid $6 for inedible coffee. It was just milk! Where is the double espresso shot that is needed for a large cappuccino?? They skimp on quality but charge top dollar! And my pick me up turned into a downer!

I don't have many opportunities to have time to stop by and purchase something, but when I do, predominantly in the late evening hours, it is a definite go for an iced coffee. The lady who is usually on duty for the late evening is always quite pleasant and accommodating, not to mention quick. The coffee is always good here, and never overdone, and the price, even for a huge transit hub like Penn Station, are at least reasonable.Vegetarian options: Not much hereKid-friendliness: Service with a smileParking: Any parking is via nearby garages. Not cheap either.Wheelchair accessibility: Only a couple of elevators workDietary restrictions: Sign posted regarding potential allergens

I bought a turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich, it was horrible. The sausage tasted funny and seem under cooked and bread was so hard. It seem like very old bread they warmed up. It was like rubber. They people were polite but the food. It was awful.

I don't go to New York City much, but when I do I go through Penn Station. While I'm waiting for my train, I stop at PRIMO CAPPUCCINO for cafe mocha. Large. What I like about this place, is my coffee is ALWAYS HOT. So hot that I have to wait at least five minutes before drinking it. I appreciate the heat and the taste because it costs $5.75!!! NYC prices. But worth it. I only buy cafe mocha from here but there is much more to buy, sandwiches, chips, soda, juices etc. if they taste anything like my cafe mocha, you are in for a treat.

Worst place in the world. My buddy’s teeth almost fell out eating the bbq sandwhich. Also a 1 year old can make better Rice Krispies. Only place open for the “city that never sleeps”

Really good coffee.

The service is incredible rude. The only reason for a second star is that the order surprisingly came out right and we’ll. I don’t think you can expect too much from Penn Station about to hop on the NJ transit, but oh well. Just really really stressed out mean employees taking out frustration at customers seems unacceptable to me.

Not the place to go if you want cream cheese on your bagel with cream cheese.

$10 for a warm white claw? Nah, no thanks

This was my first visit to Primo! Cappuccino. It was a Saturday at 12:30pm. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken sandwich which they quickly prepared. Some light fun banter among employees made my visit delightful. There was nothing special but it was a good, quick meal worth the $9.
