My wife and I were expecting a good experience since this is a Quality Branded restaurant. It exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing and our server Joseph was excellent. The service was truly top class. Will definitely be back.

Started with oysters , all 3 were delicious, cherry and chili were my favorite of the 3 . Highly recommend the caviar slides. Absolutely deliciousBacon was good. Very rich and best shared with 3+ people as it's very rich . Was delish and unique and very different. Got the sirloin steak as recommended by server and had the truffle butter which was so flavorful.Finished with the sticky toffee pudding which everyone should have the experience of tasting as it's perfection! Highly recommend. Server was amazing. Hostesses were very nice. I was alone and sometimes restaurants can be weird if you're by yourself and they were fantastic and made me feel super comfortable. Beginning to end was a great experience and I am glad I listened to my friends who recommend I come here!

This place is definitely an expense account place. The space is really nice and service top notch and the prices reflect this. I went there with a client and we ordered a bunch of different apps and then each of us ordered a different cut of steak. I have to say that all the apps were really good, but I wasn't that impressed with the steak at all. For $60 I could have gotten a much better steak elsewhere. The cream corn side was definitely my favorite and it reminded me of a sweet and savory creme brulee.

It's really pretty simple....Chicken parm pizza? Yes please. There's a lot to love about Quality Italian from their tasty salads to the pasta classics but for me it comes down to the chicken parm pizza....ill say it again....yes, please.

Server was fantastic, the server serving us tonight was just perfect the one in the smaller room. Beautiful personality and offered suggestions! Now the bartender on the right side facing the stairs is very aggy and agressive, hate that we even ordered a drink at the bar before we sat down he blew my mood.

The food was good but the portions were so small. Restaurant was so loud and was not busy enough to be as loud as it was. I don't like that we were forced to coat check. And the prices just are not justified by the small portions.

This restaurant was delicious. Bellini ice tea wasn’t so delicious or maybe I didn’t like the puree. For some reason, our waiter wasn’t very attentive (didn’t refill our waters), but the branzino, pizza, salad, corn creme brûlée, pesto pasta was spectacular.

The food was the best Italian I've ever had, I was in Manhattan for 7 days and came twice to eat dinner at this restaurant! The service was phenomenal and right on point! I loved the atmosphere and vibe, ughh the food was to die for!! I will definitely come back when visiting NYC!

Quality Italian is a decent Italian restaurant in the heart of midtown. I've been here several times and the food is always good, the service lacking, and the atmosphere is very loud. The most recent time I dined at Quality Italian was for an early birthday dinner on a Friday night with 10 people. We ordered a bunch of dishes and shared everything family style. The lobster toast was very good... but how do you mess up butter, lobster, and toast? The pastas were all very tasty, fresh, and well cooked. The chicken parmesan pizza is a great concept that tastes like what you'd expect a flattened chicken parmesan with a lot of cheese would taste like. The overall taste of the food is probably on the better end scale for the rest of midtown's mediocrity but there are definitely far superior Italian restaurants in other parts of the city.Where the restaurant is really lacking is on the service. It just doesn't seem like they care about your experience. At our table of 10, the majority order a soft drink or sparkling water. All of the drinks came back flat. When I said something to the server, he just shrugged and said they were out of gas. They didn't comp the drinks or warn us before we ordered. So we paid $5.5 for six flat waters with syrup. At the end, we ordered several dessert dishes and told the server we needed to leave in 20 minutes for a show. The desserts took 20 minutes to come out and then sat on a tray by our table for five minutes waiting to be served (we would have grabbed them but we didn't know if they were ours for sure). We then had scarf down the desserts quickly and race to the theater. For the amount of money we spent on that meal, we shouldn't have felt rushed or stressed about anything.I probably wouldn't come to this restaurant unless someone else is paying. It's not that I can't afford the prices on the menu, it's more so that the experience isn't worth spending my own money.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are on the menu, but they are not labeled as such.

Wonderful service from our waiter Joseph R as well as the staff. The food was phenomenal especially the corn crème brûlée and filet mignon. My wife loved everything she ate and drank. Only cons were that it's pretty dim inside even with daylight out. We also noticed the manager only attending to specific couples that maybe looked like they were gonna spend more money im not sure .. but not every couple was greeted by him. our bill came out to around $400 before tip
