Terrible and rude. Had a reservation at 12 noon that I made online. Got there and no one was there. Someone then came and locked the front door. So are they not open!? Would've been nice if they gave us some information instead of rudely locking the door and ignoring us. Went to a nice place next door instead. Super horrible experience.

Honestly one of the best meals I've ever had! We were going to both get filet mignon but the waiter highly recommended the bone in ribeye for 2 so we ordered that and man are we glad we did! The ribeye itself was huge, thick, perfectly cooked medium rare with a pink center. It was juicy, just a little charred on the outside and had a beautiful melt in your mouth flavor. It paired perfectly with the cheese. Since it was for 2 people we also got to pick 2 cheeses so I went with the traditional Raclette and my husband got the paprika. Both of them were amazing! The paprika one really complimented the steak and was delicious on the potatoes too. I'm glad it came with a side salad because it was a lot of meat and the salad with delicious and light and I felt like I needed some greens haha. The potatoes were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The onions that came with with the steak were perfect. Such a good meal. We were here on vacation so I can't go again anytime soon but I look forward to coming here again next time I'm in New York!

Best Raclette I've ever had hands down. Highly recommend for cheese fan! The steak is also soft and melted with the cheese. A highlight of my NYC food tour!

The Best Restaurant in NYC!! The Steak is amazing!! The service was Great!! I plan to return. We did not know to call ahead for a Reservation but they did seat us (Thank You). So I would recommend calling ahead. This place will not disappoint!! Raclette Filet Mignon cook exactly the way we requested. French Onion Soup is so tasty!!

Who doesn't love cheese?! (If you don't, don't come here) My friend and I both love raclette and this place delivers! The first time we came here was when indoor dining was first reopened in the city. They had kept all the doors and windows open in the middle of December and it was not great when we were trying to eat warmed cheese. We didn't really enjoy our meal that day. However, we wanted to give this place another chance, as it is not easy to find places that serve raclette in the city. Our second experience deserves the full 5 stars. Service was impeccable, great wine choices, and food portions were good. My friend is from France and said this isn't how raclette is traditionally served in Switzerland, but we were both happy with our meal.

Visited this French restaurant with a group of friends. Overall, the service was really good and attentive. Food: got French onion soup and Mac & Cheese with lobster, - the soup was 7/10 and Mac & Cheese I would rate 9/10. Also, be ready to pay extra 3% up to your bill if you're using your card instead of cash.

If you want cheesy goodness, they have it here! I had the Raclette burger with port & pepper cheese and it was great. I would have loved to try a spicier cheese, but they did not have that option at the time. They have beer & wine, but no full bar so if you’re looking for a cocktail you’ll have to get it elsewhere after you stuff your face with delicious cheese.

Raclette truffle cheese scrape was amazing with the vegetables and filet mignon cooked perfectly. The waiter suggested it and it was perfect. Also, the deconstructed crime brûlée was better than crime brûlée. It was creamier and perfect. My daughter and I had a lovely lunch, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of the very few Raclette cheese experience in NY!The restaurant is a small locale with outdoor seating. Overall an intimate homestyle vibe. The food is great, but not extraordinary. Quick tip: come in hungry so you can enjoy the cheese when it’s still melted. The best part was the service! This place deserves it all! The manager was so considerate and friendly. We booked in advance but at the moment she didn’t have our seats available even after waiting a bit. She apologised kindly and offered us drinks while we were seated on bar. Truly mindful and warming service! You don’t get this everywhere, especially in NY where everyone is rushing somewhere and don’t have time for your feelings. She and the staff deserve a raise for this!

I will be so honest. First time here. Honestly, I'm very displeased with everything. I had a reservation at 8:00 PM. We were behind some people, and I even went to the front of the line to tell one of the workers (Julie) that we had a reservation at 8:00 PM. She looked me in the eyes and said "he's setting up your table." I wondered "who's he?" Turns out it's a worker outside, setting a table up for a group of 6... She proceeded to sit down 2 groups of 2.... And now, the restaurant is at capacity. After dealing with those 2 groups, she looked at me and completely forgot who I was even though I just told her 2 minutes ago that I had a reservation at 8 PM.... It, then, clicked for her.. She proceeded to set a table up in front of the kitchen.... We realized right away that she gave away our table.. We were hungry and confused. Why would she do that? This made me so sad. What a huge inconvenience.. It personally hurt me because I was trying my hardest to make my trip to NY easy for my boyfriend and me. It was his birthday, and I planned our trip months in advance. To know that I made this reservation weeeeeeks weeeeeeks weeeeeeks in advance, yet she gave our table away right in front of me. It was very disorganized and I'm very disappointed. When we were seated in front of the kitchen. Can you imagine how it was on a booked out Friday night like that? I can smell all sorts of food being cooked, waiters were coming and going to the restaurant, customers were coming and going to the bathroom which was right next to the kitchen. It was an ugly first impression already. The atmosphere was just weird and uncomfortable. I talked to Julie again and asked her if she can seat us somewhere else, knowing that everything is full. I just told her that we'd wait for another table. I tried asking when the longest table leaves we could take it. She pointed at a table against the wall with longer chairs legs. I told her that we'll take it, and she responded that she doesn't know how long it'll take. I told her it was okay. She asked me what I wanted to do for now, and I told her I'd just check with my boyfriend. She did not even apologize. When I came back to him, he just suggested to leave. This was just bad. This place seemed to have a good reputation on line, and I had hoped it would meet up its expectations. Before we were moved to a different table, Julie came up to ask what we were planning. She said that table she mentioned earlier was about to leave in 5 mins. She said she understood it was an inconvenience and apologized. I just poured out my heart and told her how I planned this out weeks ago. 10-15 minutes later, we were then moved to a different table when it cleared up. It was still next to the kitchen-- so same thing.. just less loud except for the fact that I was right under the speaker and the cash register was right behind me. After 50 mins from our normal reservation, we actually still ordered... We got the ribeye for 2 and the lobster Mac and cheese. The ribeye came with 2 slabs of cheese, tradition and one of your choice of 3. We chose truffle. Yeah, the food was good, but how could we really enjoy it? The sour taste already seeped in and stayed throughout the entire dinner. We left feeling full in our stomachs and full of disappointment as well. If you're thinking of dining here, I guess you will always have to fight the line in front of you even if you made a reservation because you can't rely on the workers to do their part unfortunately. I don't mean to say they suck, but it's true. Thank you for apologizing, Julie, but I saw you give away 2 perfectly food tables right after I told you face-to-face about my reservation at 8:00 PM. Please, do better next time. I know the workers there won't care, but I hope they just know that it ruined the whole night. I had another reservation somewhere else. We were late to that all because of Julie's mistake. I hope they could at least know that their mistakes actually affect their

Came here for drinks & dinner on a weekday (and for that glorious cheese scrape!). We were able to snag a same-day reservation for dinner. The ambiance here for dinner is really nice and romantic, though it is a bit cramped. We ordered the Raclette burger and filet mignon with the truffle cheese scrape. The food came out pretty fast and it was super cool watching the cheese scrape! The flavors were on point (though everything is pretty salty) and this was probably the most decadent meal of my year so far. Warning: the restaurant smells quite pungently of cheese & you'll probably leave smelling like it.

Well the whole experience was pretty good. Book a table, they are always full.Nobody in our group liked fig tartine?. I would recommend to order baked Camembert? and ribeye?. It’s more than enough for 3. ?However the fact that even if I booked the table, I was asked to leave and come back. Hostess was not friendly. But the waitress was polite and nice. And the smell from cheese in the restaurant… ?? you will get used to it in 30 minutes.I worth going!

What a cool concept! A must try place for the experience alone. Definitely order one of the dishes with a cheese scrape, highly recommend their original blend. The truffle cheese was okay but not outstanding.Ordered the ribeye for two with my partner but we were given so much food, it was more like dinner for four haha. The addition of cheese was tasty but wasn't as phenomenal as I was expecting.Would still recommend this place to try and would recommend making reservations in advance. Great place for a romantic dinner or dinner out with friends.

If you love cheese, you should try this one. They are very generous with the cheese and the experience of watching them scrap the melted cheese is amusing. Make sure you make a reservation ahead as the restaurant is fairly small.

I got a sandwich which was ok - flavor was good but it wasn't anything too unique. A croque is supposed to be basic - but just not sure if it is worth that much. The cheese presentation that everyone comes for is nice and that was very rich in flavor
