My kids had this for the first time on vacation in Mississippi, and they fell in love with it.So, yesterday, all she wanted for her birthday dinner was Raising Cane's.

Definitely not worth the HYPE!! I agree with Brittany's review....the tenders taste BLAND!! I would have much rather a drumstick from Popeyes ??‍♀️ The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly...but it's TOO LOUD!!! I DEFINITELY will not be back....and I would not recommend to others.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: No

Decent food if you like chicken fingers and the sauce is really good . Customer service has to be some of the worst I’ve seen. Many of the cashiers have nasty attitudes and act like you are wasting there time when they are not having side conversations with other staff. Good food but customer service makes me want to go to Chic fila instead.

My daughter raves about Raising Cane’s and has visited this restaurant chain many times. One day I decided to see what the hype was about. I visited this restaurant on a weekday in late April 2024. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the staff. There was no line as I arrived prior to the lunchtime rush. The cashier who took my order was training another representative so it took a few extra minutes to order and pay for my meal. However, my order was ready rather quickly, I would say in under 5 minutes. I ordered the 3-finger combo. I’m not usually a fan of crinkle cut fries but they were actually pretty good it had just the right amount of salt. The toast is just the Texas Toast you buy at the grocery store, nothing special about it. The tenders were absolutely bland. No flavor whatsoever and it was almost as if they were wet/soggy. I finished my fries and toast but didn’t finish the tenders. Even with ketchup the chicken tenders still weren’t good. There were several staff members who walked around to ensure the tables were clean and asking customers whether they needed a refill. This restaurant is accessible via public transportation. They accept cash or card. It also seems as though they sell memorabilia to purchase as well. I wasn’t a fan of the food and will not be returning for myself.

Bland tasteless chicken fingers and crinkled cut fries an overpriced kids meal at best sadly the toast was their only saving grace it was decent but after all the hype I was extremely disappointed. Take a page from Dave’s hot chicken and add some flavor you should also ditch the corny crinkle cut fries ? for waffle fries or anything other than crinkle cut school lunch fries.

The staff are the only good thing about this place. The food is horrible. So bland with no flavor. I can't see them lasting long in Harlem smh.

This is not how raising canes supposed to taste I’ve had this many times on the west coast and it’s wayy better than this. Fries are not cooked well chicken tenders not seasoned and cooked correctly. Nothing like Raising Canes. I’m extremely disappointed. You guys need to hire people from the west coast to show you how it’s done !

Glad this Location opened up! First time going to this location definitely not last! Great Location, Great Staff, super duper fast service ! FOOD ON POINT! Delicious!!! The place nice and friendly! Very accommodating .. 5 Stars! I honestly dont know why people here acting like they're professional Food critics and Leaving low star reviews -_- on THIS LOCATION (The location Has nothing to do if the fried chicken didnt meet your expectations ) just because they dont like the recipe or whatever. Don’t understand why give the business a bad review when they can either choose never to EAT Raising Canes or two directly hit up corporate haha. Anywho delicious and my kiddo LOVED it as well!
