The food is great. The female host's attitude was bad. I had been the before and a male person was great

I was 1 person for lunch. They wanted to seat me where ever time the door would open, I would feel the door on my back and I do not like sitting at a counterI pointed to an empty table where there is 2 seats. Waitress told me I had to sit at the counter cause it was for 2 people. What customer service.what non sense. Didn't want to argue so I walked out. guessed they did not want my business anymore. Mind everything I have gone to this restaurant, no problem sitting at a 2 person table. They lost a good customer!!!

This is an arranged Japanese restaurant that is common in America. What's especially noteworthy is that there is always a set meal with two or more types of fish, and the gyoza is extremely delicious. The fish set meal is completely different from Japan, but there are no places around 168th that serve fish set meals, so I was very grateful. And the gyoza are properly Japanese gyoza. The balance between the skin and toppings is exquisite.I dare say that these are the best Japanese gyoza in Manhattan. It's a mystery why they're offering it so modestly at such a corner. If you want to devour Japanese gyoza, you should come to 168th.

Our ramen noodles were not actual ramen noodles and were undercooked. The staff was rude. At one point my fiancé asked me if I smelled cigarettes, which I did. I asked one of the waitresses is someone smoking in the establishment she responded if someone opens the door and someone outside is smoking it will enter the restaurant. I didn’t reply to her answer as we were the only customers in the restaurant and no one else came in after us. I ended up clearing up our table ( dishes from our appetizers were still on the table as well as ramen bowls) and was in total shock when we were informed that the tip was not included in the receipt. I typically am a generous tipper as long as the service is great, which in this instance it was not.We all decided we will never return to this establishment. I would never recommend anyone I know to go here.

Visited for lunch. Ordered the spicy ?️ miso ramen ? pork soup. It was very spicy. Many noodles… not a lot of meat. Tasty… needed a lot of water…The service was ok. Waitress never came to asked if we needed anything. Especially more water. My coworker also got ramen. Soup in a lighter broth. No lunch specials. So a bit pricey.A place to go to if you want to treat yourself. This is a busy neighborhood… parking would be tough.. or would you need to park at a parking lot. Very expensive.
It's the second time we went to this ramen place and we were not disappointed. The service is good and fast. The ramen are delicious, not overpriced and the right quantity. I ordered the Kojiro miso spicy ramen and some karaage on the side to share with my husband. It was delicious ! The drinks are good, they have a happy hour price on the Sapporo draft Beer until 7pm. I totally recommend it for an affordable and good ramen

Ordered a Trino with no egg and a miso-cheese ramen for pickup. Both were packed perfectly and made it home to us with no spills. Soup was still hot when we ate it too. Very delicious and warmed our bellies. We've been spending a lot of time at NY Presbyterian across the street and we will definitely be ordering from here again.

Staff very nice and respectful. Nice intimidate setting. Love the ambiance! The food is amazing. My son loves Ramen and I love Salmon, and we are always very satisfied when we dine and eat our faves. Food presented beautifully.

Terrible experience - rude waitress, shouted ha for a simple order inquiry. Unfriendly service isn’t new here (it was not the first time). Wrong dish delivered, no apology - just charged extra for the requested chili. Won’t be

It is a very small and narrow establishment. There is little space. It's very cozy. therefore, for the atmosphere 4 *. I took Tokyo Ramen, I will also rate it at 4 *. I ate much better. But on the whole it's not
