LOVE this restaurant, and the folks that work here are tops. Ravagh Persian Grill was introduced to me by my Persian bestie whose mom used to make me the stews I love. My favorite stew is the Khoresh Fesenjan, but I also love getting the Sultani Kebob. And top it off with the Faloodeh at the end. YUM. It's a lovely neighborhood spot with authentic dishes. The quality of the food was superb and always fresh. Thank you to the staff for taking good care of us.Vegetarian options: There is plenty to eat even if you are veg!!Kid-friendliness: YES - kids are welcome!
I was absolutely thrilled to find Ravagh Persian Grill! As a big fan of Persian cuisine, having authentic dishes like kashke bademjoon and koobideh right in Manhattan was a delightful surprise. The quality of the food was superb – juicy koobideh, perfectly seasoned, and the chicken kebab was incredibly flavorful. If you're looking for a delicious and authentic Persian dining experience, Ravagh is a must-try!

Food was delicious! But the wait time was quite long and some tables went inside before us which created some frustration.

It's highly recommended. We tried combination kabab which was so delicious and it was enough for me and my husband. The bread and sauce which were served at the beginning was unique. It really taste like kabab we have in Iran.

Went to Ravagh for Iftar. Ali, the server was accommodating and bought dates and bread just before it was time to break the fast. He was fasting himself as-well. The food came right on time and we didn’t have to wait. The appetizers and entrees were absolutely delicious! The barg and koobideh kebab were perfectly grilled. The barg was juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned. The koobideh was incredibly flavorful and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Kebabs went well with saffron rice, green chutney, white sauce, grilled onions and tomatoes. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was excellent. Highly recommend trying their traditional kashk bademjan, kotlet and shirazi salad. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!Dietary restrictions: Halal meat
When I travel, I like to try Persian food in different cities. When we got in this restaurant was packed, the manager was very kind and found us a table quickly. The waiter was very professional and polite. Sultani Dish, was supper great. The Barg was tender and juicy. Side dishes were great. The baklava was amazing.

The manager (or maybe he was the owner) was so accommodating and helped us out so much when we had lunch there with a baby for Nowruz. It was the perfect meal! It was some of the best Persian food we’ve had in a while and the service was excellent. This is definitely our new must go to location for Persian food from now on!
There is a huge room for improvement, the kebab was overcooked and the rice quality was poor, The pickle and olive dish was not appealing (dumping couple of broken olives and some dry pickle in a dish).

My friends and I were 15mins late for our booking but the restaurant was so kind & professional about it despite being quite busy. Food was delicious and service was great.
Great place away from home . I used to eat there for 4 years while doing residency in NYC. Ordered food for the whole Week from there. Can't wait to visit the place when I visit NYC.
