I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The food was simply terrible - lacking both in taste and quality. Even after bringing the issue to the attention of the manager, neither the manager nor the chef bothered to address our concerns. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to uphold basic standards of food quality and customer service
I ordered the lamb shank served with green rice (dill and and fava bean). The rice, for most, would be under-seasoned, I appreciated the way it was as I tend to like to control the amount of salt. The lamb shank was fall of the bone tender. The broth was light and delicious! The meal came with fresh bread and a yogurt and mint sauce (very refreshing), and a side of green sauce (cilantro, garlic, jalapenos - super zesty!) I would have liked to try their appetizers but I knew this was going to be a lot of food for one. The portion size is generous. My only complaint is that the dill rice was not as fresh as I would have like (dill lost some of its brightness) but that’s a small thing.I would like to come again and try their other dishes to update the review/rating.

I came here for my birthday and they gave me the absolute best treatment. The food was AMAZING and the desserts were insanely good. They were nice enough to give the desserts and tea on the house which was so sweet. Definitely get the lamb chops and Persian ice cream!! 10/10 experience highly recommend!!

Maybe worst food they ever delivered to us!How one restaurant can increase prices substantially and quality drops so low!?Such a shame nyc doesn’t have a proper Iranian food!

This was one of the nicest experiences I had in a restaurant in Manhattan. My team and I took our lunch in that place after a recommendation of our coworker. It was the first time I had Persian food.We sat by the window, we’ve been offered the menus and we placed our orders. I got the chicken shish kabob and the others tried the koobideh kabob and the sirloin steak kabob. At the beginning each one of us received one plate of salad which was mouthwatering. Then our main plates arrived -in a timely manner- and we started eating right away. The food was delicious! The chicken was tender, clean tasted and flavorful. It had a few spices but it was not spiced at all. I also really liked the basmati rice on the side. The portions were more than enough. As a result we took food to our homes lolGreat value of money. And the prices are very logical for Manhattan. We finished our lunch by getting the Persian ice cream. Sooo good! The service was on top of us all the times. Very attentive and kind.Really good job guys!We will be coming back soon.
The food is delicious, the service is good, and the variety of dishes is wonderful. I recommend it for lunch or dinner

Visited this Persian spot on a Sunday evening around 6:45pm. Wow, we came just at the right time because this spot was PACKED and had a long wait right after we were seated. We ordered the shallot yogurt and were served some tasty bread and 2 other dips. The shallot yogurt was pretty mid, it didn’t have a huge flavor to us.We also ordered the fesenjoon stew and koobideh kabob. The portions are a really good size. The stew has a rich, very full flavor with plenty of chicken. The pomegranate flavor gives it a bit of tartness which I loved. Overall the meal was so good and very filling. Great Persian food in NYC.

I found this place by chance while looking for restaurants not far from the hotel and I was surprised by the quality and goodness of the food. If you want to go out and eat something different than usual I highly recommend this restaurant. The only flaw is that the table where we were sitting was almost next to that of our neighbors... it's as if we were eating with them :). Apart from this little note, otherwise I recommend it
