The service people they are nice but you don’t see them when you need it. I don’t thinks is worth 18% of the services. The meal come out the plate have no lemon no melted butter. Not very satisfying with the amount of money spend and the quality of food and service was received

Food was good. I went in @ 11am and had to wait a good 7 minutes for a Hostess. I was boarding the elevator to leave when one did arrive.Grarefiul rhe ejwcator waa wirking thus timr.Ckeab the vathrooms! It waa too early & too empty ti be that filthy.

I've always wanted to eat Maine lobster. And to start with, the food was really great for my taste. First of all, there is a kind of bread. Yummy. I and we each had lobster tails. A main lobster and a Caribbean one, or something. Side orders baked potato, fries and cole slaw. All very tasty. The cole slaw took a bit of getting used to, as it seemed to contain celery stalks (still very tasty). Our service was professional, but for some reason completely lacking in empathy. No smile, no harmony. Unfortunately, this spoiled our experience somewhat from the start. I also had a chocolate wave at the end. Sweet as sugar and exactly how I imagined it. Unfortunately, at the end it became very unpleasant. The total bill came and we wanted to pay separately as always. Due to misunderstandings, partly our fault, as we as tourists once again mixed up the entire procedure with tax, tip and gratuity - our waitress reacted to our inability in a very humorous way. We were asked if we didn't like it. The person probably saw their tips dwindle. However, we wanted to pay at least the 18% - but forgot to add the tax. We then received the invoice split - eye-opener. After registering our credit cards, the piece of paper finally arrived where our tip could be given. The pen for this was practically thrown on the table. We still gave advice. We don't want to reveal the name of the waitress. It was very busy that day (other waitresses still managed to be friendly). Maybe something happened in the family. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. We would come back - but reluctantly to the person without empathy.

Waited a long time to receive food. Table next to us ordered at the same time. They were already Done eating and we had not been served yet. Our waitress never came back to the table and dealt the rest of the time with other waiters and waitresses. We can see the waitress just standing by the bar… By the time we received and ate our food the same table next to us that was done before us was still waiting to pay. Service here was horrible. On top of that they automatically added 18% gratuity even though we were just a party of 2 people. I think they know with automotive gratuity they don’t bother with the service. This is the worst restaurant service we have ever received.

Crab was the BEST! Pasta / huge portion, nice. Expect Chowder needs to be season. Place needs a good cleaning, toilets looks horrible. Waiter took him self tips without giving a choice that was rude.
