Parmesan bacon shrimp scampi, shrimp linguine Alfredo and Argentine red shrimp and orzo. All the shrimp were delicious.

No wait on Monday evening. Service was great. My lobster tail was very tough and the server brought out a new one for me that was cooked perfectly. The food was good and what to be expected from Red Lobster. The biscuits weren't as good and they no longer serve the complimentary salad before your meal. I would come back again if ever in the mood for Red Lobster.

Went to eat lunch here on 10/01/2022 and the service is HORRIBLE!!!! It took us 10 minutes to be seated! Once seated it took 20 minutes to get a server. We ordered and we got our drinks within 20 minutes, then was told that the biscuits would be out shortly, that was a lie! I had the endless shrimp and my husband ordered a regular order, NOBODY came to see if we were okay or needed anything! They provided no water and no napkins! After 30 minutes I grabbed the hostess who I later found out was the manager and I asked her to please bring me more of my endless shrimp options and another margarita, that took another 25 minutes to come out! The restaurant was not crowded so I was little puzzled as to why the service was so terrible. Wham the bill came they had the audacity to throw a suggested 18 percent gratuity of 21.00 dollars on top of our total! I politely requested the manager who came out and said that they did the best that they could and that the gratuity is optional and we could just put the bill total after they swipe the card. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

Okay so Matthew is phenomenal! The customer service is above & beyond. He made sure to put our app order in while the drinks were being made so they came out super quick. He has a beautiful spirit & positive attitude. Thank you Matthew!!!!

Went to Red Lobster on 125th Street. Service was Horrible. Ordered ultimate feast. The order came with Broccoli, got the Broccoli at the end of the meal. They took so long…….! Service was not great. The server was pleasant, doing the best she could. Won’t be going back!

I went to red lobster on 125 street and the waiter we had was very unprofessional. He didn’t come back to the table to serve us our wine and tableware. We had to call another person who brought us the wine. He brought salad instead of cold slaw. What’s up with the shop rite bag and 99 cent container. How ghetto is this red lobster.

The Kids Wanted To Go There On Easter Sunday. Unfortunately, So Did Everyone Else.The Food Gets 5 Stars. We Won't Be Craving Cheddar Bay Biscuits For Awhile.The Manager Was Sympathetic To How Long We Had We There.I Still Left A Decent Tip.

I live in Harlem and I love seafood. Red lobster is one of my favorite restaurants I’ve visit often. I’m highly obsessed with their cheddar biscuits. Which are unlimited when you dine in. Their stuff mushrooms are to die for. And their drinks amazing. Best time to go is during lunch time. Please ask for Nikita w. She is one of the best hostess there.

Took my family out to eat and met up with 3 employees at the hostess booth talking as they saw me and my family waiting for service. After 2-3 minutes they took us to our table.We had ordered our drinks. I had ordered a beer, which not only took a while to get but also no glass. Beer should never be consumed out of a bottle at a restaurant. The food was good, but they have done better a while back.When I had ordered another beer, it took a while... again. This time an employee that was definitely under the influence came up a bit confused about my beer. Not a good look for a business.After a couple of bites I realized that there were no napkins. I asked my server for extra napkins... about 10 minutes later I just got up and got my own. I can understand if t was crowded... but it wasn't. Apart from my table, there was 2 other tables and 2 booths. Not a crowded evening. I ended paying the "* suggested 18% Gratuity Included" due to crazy economic times... but the staff needs to do better.

The place was clean. My server must have been new. Food took forever I received my man dish first before my appetizers. I had to send maindish back. My date showed up late and ordered the same dish. I finally received my super salty no lobster bisque. calamari and microwaved main course. My glass of wine I ordered first... finally came after I decided I wanted to leave. Thank you Red Lobster. This was probably the worse date I ever had in my 53 years, and it wasn't because of my chosen date. I gave two stars because the waiter was obviously training without a trainer.
