We stayed at the hotel (Park Lane) and decided to try out one of two restaurants they have. The ambiance is very elegant and the Decor was subtle yet comforting. We had the chicken club sandwich and by far was one of the best. We also had the Caesar salad and my wife said it was really good as well. Service was decent, nothing spectacular but nothing wrong either.

Literally the worst margarita of my life. Could not drink it. So sweet and gross. Please do yourself a favor and never drink here unless it's from a wine bottle. Poor service as well.

**BUYER BEWARE** Spend the extra money and stay at the Plaza or Ritz. Here was our experience: After waiting in the lobby with countless other people an hour after check in, we finally got a room. At $1500/night, that hourly rate is a decent salary, but the hotel didn’t care to take our time and money. So late check-in, then once we were in the room, relaxing, a hotel staff member knocks then immediately enters the room with their key card. We did not have clothes on. He came back again maybe 5-10 minutes later and did it again. Then housekeeping did the same thing, except the time from knock to opening the door with their key card was maybe 10seconds instead of immediate. Felt like living in a frat house the way they walked right in—then gave us some else’s welcome note or American Express points sheet. A Ms Weinstein and some other name I can’t pronounce and ours. Three welcome letters to one room. I dont imagine the other guests appreciate us reading about their information, but the knock and immediate enter was incredibly intrusive. We thought it would happen the entire stay. When I checked out, they ask how the stay was and I told them what happened. “Oh, I’m sorry to hear that.” Did their survey and their Director of Rooms, “oh I’m so sorry.” Bottomline, they JUST WANT YOUR MONEY and do not care about service or your privacy.

Very cute bar inside the Pake Lane hotel. All kinds of different seating but everything is table height except the actual bar seating itself. Very friendly wait staff and the bar seems very efficient despite being pretty busy. The only downside is that based on the location of the lobby, and the two staircases, you do see a fair amount of foot traffic passing through the center of the bar. But honestly not that big of a deal.

I met a friend here one Monday evening. There is a direct entrance to the bar/lounge through the back of the hotel, or you can enter the front and come through the lobby, which is what I did. My friend was running late so I hung out in the lobby for a bit. Once she arrived around 9pm, we posted up at the bar and was served immediately, even though it was fairly crowded. We eventually moved to more of a lounge seating arrangement near the fake fireplace. The service continued to be great even after we moved from the bar area. The wine selection was great and the bar tender does some heavy pours for mixed drinks. The vibe was loungy and a step up from your typical hotel bar. There was never any pressure to order more or move on from the table.

Loved the food, but mainly the service by Timea was outstanding. She made us feel at home.

We booked Park Lane because we wanted a room with a great view in Central Park, and that is exactly what we got. The window was big, and allowed for a breathtaking view of the park. We spent a good chunk of our two days in the room, taking in the view during different times of the day. It was well worth it and a great experience! The rest was, not so great. I'm trying not to be unfair, because truthfully I was aware going in that the look and style of the hotel was not to my liking, and the views were the only reason to book it. Still, there was a bunch of odd interactions. When we arrived there was no valet waiting. We parked the car in the back of the hotel and and waited five minutes, no one appeared. I went into the hotel, to the reception and asked them if anyone would show up. They seemed puzzled, but then a gentleman explained that the company handling the parking is very busy. We went out, waited a bit more, nothing happened. The same gentleman came out again, gave us a ticket so we could go check in. The room was fine in all respects. We had everything we needed, with the exception of a coffee machine which would have been nice. Frankly I would never bother ordering room service because it takes ages, so no coffee machine usually equals no coffee, which is sad. The air conditioning was also making an odd noise, betraying its age, but didn't stop us from getting a good night's sleep. When we were leaving we had to wait a half hour to get our car, and we were literally the only ones there. I'm not sure how their system works, but it seems exceptionally inefficient. To sum it all up, if you book a park view room, you won't be disappointed. Check out some pictures and see if the decor is to your liking, and if it is, you'll also enjoy the ambiance.

We loved every element of it. The rooms were so good that we stayed in to watch the view in the evenings. Great gym and the staff were brilliant. I think they could do slightly better on the room-service offering and just simple things like coffee in your room, a bottle opener etc.… but hey! You can’t have it all.

Tiny bathroom, staff were too busy interacting with each other rather than addressing clients needs. From checking in to checking out was very cold stay. The house keeping staff were friendly as were the Moro at staff the rest was not a carry relaxing pleasant stay.

There is no doubt that this hotel has a great location and view! Above all things, the concierge desk was fabulous! ( professional and kind.) Carlos (Chef), Lisa and Alina were impressive. I could have handled some troubles, which usually happen during travel, quite well thanks to them. In the lobby, Raymond was kind and friendly. He made us feel being welcomed everyday. All in all, the stay at Park Lane Hotel was beautiful memory to me thanks to wonderful crews. 이 호텔은 위치도 좋고 뷰도 좋고, 무엇보다도 컨시어지가 훌륭했어요. 벨맨도 매우 친근하게 대해줘서 편안했어요ㅡ ㄱㄱㄱ

The Park Lane Hotel is perfect. It is close to everything - Central Park, Broadway, shopping, Times Square. The staff was exceptional. Victor, the doorman/concierge, was a godsend. He assisted me on more than one occasion to get a taxi in no time (sometimes you have to go to Brooklyn :))This will be the only hotel I will stay when I come to NY.

I travel for work and stay often. The staff always remember me and Mounia at the front desk is the kindest and always goes above and beyond for me when I’m checking in. Small touches like recommendations of where to go and a bottle of water after a long flight, so appreciated. She makes coming back here feel like home. Get a high floor if you can and even the peekaboo park views are excellent. For the location you can’t beat it!

A beautiful and well maintained property filled with cheerful and helpful staff. Park Lane's location to Central Park (across the street) and many other shopping, restaurant and entertainment destinations in Manhattan make this a place that is not only a haven, but incredibly well located for getting the most out of your visit while in NYC. Take advantage of the rooftop bar - exceptional vibes with dramatic views of the park at sunset or night. In the morning, the rooftop terrace transforms into one of the best breakfast/brunch venues I've seen in the City and is exclusive to hotel guests (ie, it is not overcrowded with tons of people). Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful stay!
