I've been eating at Ruby's for years and it's never disappointed. Brunch is always great but I usually come here for burgers. The classic cheeseburger and the bronte burger are tough to not order every single time. I took a chance on the Bondi burger, recently, with crispy chicken and spicy chili sauce and it completely blew my socks off. There's always a wait or just order for pickup or delivery. I honestly eat here too much!

Stopped in for lunch during a weekend trip to New York. The line was long. We were told 25 minutes but it ended up being 35min. I had a cup of coffee that I purchased during the wait from a nearby shop and the hostess immediately reached out her hand and said "No outside food or drinks" and she immediately tossed it out. While I understand the policy, the way in which she went about it was a bit off-putting. On to the good part- the food! There were three of us but since my companions were raving about the spicy vodka paste, we order a total of four dishes. Two spicy vodka pastas- one with chicken and one without, shrimp spaghetti and the creamy chicken pasta. For the appetizer, we ordered the aoili fries. All were great except the shrimp spaghetti. I wouldn't order it again. It was very bland. The fries are addictive and the other plates were 5 stars. For drinks, we had water and coffee.

Came here on a date and everything was solid. I've been to the other locations but I'm still surprised by how great all the locations are! I absolutely LOVED the brussel sprouts! I've been obsessed with the seasoning ever since I had them. The mix of savoriness from the parmesan and the acidity of the lemon were so delicious. My partner got the Bronte and really enjoyed it! My favorite dish is the ruby ragu! The pasta was cooked to al dente and the ragu sauce was tender and so savory! Service was fairly fast! It's a perfect date spot for those looking to get a quick bite to eat.

The food was good. I like the shrimp pasta and the strawberry lemonade. The space is very small and tight and very close to the next table so if you don't like tight spaces then this is not the place. Overall the food I'm satisfied with and i had went to the other locations in the city. There is some outdoor seating but I sat indoor and I didn't have to wait long for the seats.

Ok this place was really good. Had zero expectations going in but everything was so tasty. The shrimp salad was 5/5. Wish we ordered two servings. The ricotta hot cakes were 4/5. Took one star off bc it comes w banana which I'm not a fan of. The chicken sandwich was 4/5. It tastes like a filet o fish in the best way. Side of fries was fried nicely. And yes, u can mess up French fries. Banana bread w passion fruit butter 3/5. Good but not too hard to find good banana bread, right? Took off one star bc the tables are very close to one another. I don't know about u but I don't want to hear other peoples conversation nor do I want to feel like I'm being eavesdropped by others

Ruby’s Ragu was amazing and it was so cozy sitting in the outside tents while it rained. When we were first seated the heat lamp was on and it was CRAZY hot, but the waitress turned it off right away when we asked.

If you enjoy American food you'll love it. But if you are looking to try something new the food's alittle dry.

Fabulous food, matches up to the quality and taste of brunches in Sydney/Melbourne. Highly recommend the salads, which are absolutely delightful. I had two different pasta dishes (one was vodka sauce, the other was the spicy sausage) - both were divine. The burger was also really good. Would go over and over again.

I've been coming to Ruby's for the last ~5 years. Unfortunately didn't enjoy it as much today as I usually do due to some menu changes. The Whaley's burger was removed and the recipe for the Brussel sprouts had changed for the worse. The Brontë also seemed different, but couldn't put my finger on what it was. Service was fine, server was friendly. Ambiance was nice as usual.
