I've lived in NYC over ten years and can say confidently you won't find anything as delicious as the Khao soi on Senn's menu. Top-of-the-line Thai food and noodles. Love this spot!!
I went to eat here the first time on Monday and found the food to be salty. Staff and service was good except one of the staff members had a runny nose. They should’ve worn a mask when talking close to customers.

I don’t usually write food reviews but Wow to this restaurant!! My most favorite Thai restaurant in the UWS or even NYC. As a Thai person living in NYC i can say everything I ordered from here are so authentic! The food so fresh and flavorful plus the service is top notch! If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommended this place to everyone!

Don’t recommend for lunch takeouts if you have a large appetite. Their lunch size containers are less than half way filled, proof here. The ginger dish on their website says mushrooms but I don’t see any in my dish lol

THE LADY WHO OWNS THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND ENTITLED!! SHE DEMANDED I GIVE HER A TIP AND HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME WHEN I CAME IN . SHE ALSO STATED “WE DONT NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU” which is racially motivated since i am a woman of color. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BEWARE!!!!

I want to be clear the food at Senn Thai is really good, but honestly the staff vibes leave a lot to be desired. They are so unfriendly, unhelpful and, frankly, just shady. They always seem to be trying to do the least. For example, they won't pick up the phone if they don't feel like taking an order, even if you're calling well within working hours. (Trust me, I've tested it by calling right outside the restaurant.) Every single time I've been there over the years, the waitresses have sour dispositions. It can really be unsettling. There is literally a Thai restaurant every other block on the upper west side. And good ones, too. Life is stressful enough. No need to tolerate this kind of treatment. I am going to go where I feel welcomed. I will never eat there again.
