Serendipity 3 is actually S10! From the minute Indigo greeted us at the door, until the final sip of our frozen hot chocolate, we had an incredible experience. Kuddos to a great New York moment!

We came for my friend's 50th birthday from Michigan! Wanted the frozen hot chocolate and it did not disappoint...it was so much better than what I expected honestly! The staff was fabulous....we had a great experience! Got a sundae too and the chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirls was sooo good!

LOVE this place! The staff was all amazingly kind, attentive and fun. We enjoyed our frozen hot chocolates and food. The kids had cookies and cream flavor and we had a spiked mocha. Delicious. My potato skins were delicious. Our waitress was super helpful with my gluten sensitivity.

First time in NYC, had some recommendations from friends so I decided to visit. Lovely place. Desert was amazing, and they even have in-house photographer which gave us a free postcard to keep. Overall, very pleasant experience.

From the moment we came in, we were greeted by the amazing Indigo! Then we were first served by AJ and Randy! Overall, 10/10...chef's kiss for staff, customer service, food and ambiance! Highly recommend!

The service was terrible. The Thai salad was disgusting.

I'll be honest, I've built up Serendipity 3 in my head since reading about it in an American Girls Magazine at 8 years old, so they were probably against something unrealistic. That being said, I was a little disappointed, BUT I'm sure children love it. It's quite loud (in both sound and decor) but the frozen hot chocolate met my 20-plus-year dreams at least. Delicious :) The staff is very very nice as well.:wheelchair_symbol: Bathroom is NOT accessible (could not find a position to allow the door to close; if the bathroom is actually "legally accessible" it's just barely and the time to tetris your way into the room could easily cause an accident). Workers are happy to bring out a ramp to allow you into the building, but you do need to request it to be able to go inside and to leave.Wheelchair accessibility: :wheelchair_symbol: Bathroom is NOT accessible (could not find a position to allow the door to close; if the bathroom is actually "legally accessible" it's just barely and the time to tetris your way into the room could easily cause an accident). The place is nice without much else. The service is bad and so is the ice cream. The decoration is not the same as the movie. Many years have passed. We liked the memory

I just visited Serendipity this past weekend with my teenage niece. The staff are very nice, as I was able to be seated a little before my actual reservation time (I got there a little earlier than I needed to be). We shared the frozen hot chocolate, which was very refreshing since it was pretty humid that day. We both ordered the chicken tenders and we shared an order of fries. Everything came out hot and fresh...the only drawback was that we had so much leftover food but was unable to take it with us as we had a day of activities planned afterward and then a bus ride back to Pennsylvania that evening. Every time a waiter/waitress came out of the kitchen with food, my niece would say "burger? that looks good! Tacos? They look good! Everything looks good!". Would definitely go back to explore more of the menu.Update 5/11/24: Had another great visit to Serendipity 3 with my teenage niece. This is becoming an annual day trip (from PA). Staff is always friendly and accommodating and the food is always fresh. Arrived 15 minutes before my reservation and they were still able to seat us.

Visited 10 years ago and it was AMAZING! Food was a 10, frozen hot chocolate was a 10, and atmosphere a 10! Visited over the weekend and sad to see food quality has gone down. $27 for the cobb salad and quality was maybe a 5. Was not fresh. Frozen hot chocolate was still a 10 though!
