It’s a Korean snack cafe with very funny owner and warm stuff. They will listen to you and update the menu to make sure customers are happy.The bun is $7 which looks a bit more expensive than other places but it’s larger and filled with stuffings. We prefer the red bean bun and it has homemade red bean paste without too much sugar. Lots of ppl like the cheese flavor too.It can only seat 4 ppl so take it to go
This place is such a gem! My friend and I both got the red bean goddess buns, the buns were hot and absolutely delicious. We saw them make the buns in front of us and the red bean filling was so good - not too sweet and none of that artificially smooth red bean paste filling, but really tasted like home made red bean paste that reminded me of what my grandparents made. Shingane is a true hidden gem. If it wasn’t for a recommendation, we wouldn’t have thought to stop by for their delicious homemade kimbap/gimbap and unique “buns”.Mr. Shin and his wife were so hospitable, especially for a small snack shop.
