Classic Upper West Side Bakery. I love the breads they make with mix ins. So like the olive or cheese.

Great looking bread. But suggestion: I didnt realize that my hit crossed buns were in the same bag as my cheese bread. I should not have assumed that one would have been separated...

Disappointing as of late. Some breads are mediocre and had bought a challah recently that was stale. While most baked goods are still a treat-this place is no longer a go to for breads. It's a shame.

A taste of the essence of the upper west side when it comes to a local business with the most incredibly satisfying baked goods that if I started picking my favorite I’d never finish this review. Yes they’re that damn good.

It gets quite cramped inside, but there’s a reason. Tbaked goods are spectacular a little on the pricey side, but always fresh and the staff is really
I was very excited to try the chocolate chip brioche after reading the reviews, unfortunately it was clearly stale, at least multiple days old, which was extremely disappointing especially given the high price…

Pros: One of the best bakeries in Manhattan with many varieties of the menu. Staff is friendly and respectful. Baguette lovers will be satisfied there. All the bakeries is fresh on daily basis. There's a nice outdoor dining area. The a nice list of hot drinks. Prices within the mid range for au h quality. Overall rating is 09/10.Cons: The shop inside is a bit small for many customers. Otherwise can't complain.
Favorite bakery. Perfect spot to grab a pastry to enjoy in the park.

I suffer from PTSD and have a service animal. I just came back to the city and used to come here often. I walked in and heard, "sir, sir, sir." I turned and looked right at this man and he said nothing. I thought he wasn't talking to me. I started looking at the different breads behind the plexiglass and once again but louder, "SIR, SIR, SIR. A few people in the store were also looking at me and it made me very nervous.i told him she's a service animal but my anxiety got the best of me and I left. I try my best to support the locals. His facial expression told me I wasn't welcome. Whole Food's bread is also fresh and very good.Their response: I take the only start I gave them back for blatantly being dishonest in the response. Shame
