Great cocktails, smart wine list, terrific oysters. The cheese plate and pate are great but they also cook mussels and cheeseburgers right behind the bar!

What an unexpected find in Rockefeller Center. The lunch was well worth the cost. Kate, Tia, and bartender Daniel were delightful conversation companions. Their Bloody Mary had a nice amount of heat. The Sauvignon Blanc was chrisp & flavorful. The Plough appetizer was a perfect lunch and had an amazing pate. The Mediterranean Tuna sandwich was an amazing combination of flavors & served with salty chrispy chips. We will return to Smith & Mills whenever we are in the city.

Amazing gem of a place. The best Moscow mule in New York. The atmosphere is great and the service is fantastic. You’ll remember this place and want to go back. Promise.

This is my favourite bar in all of New York. It's the only place on the planet I come alone.Such a cool, cute little place, with just awesome service, and food so much better than you'd expect, considering the facilities. I love it.

Stopped into this amazing carriage house turned restaurant/bar with friends on Saturday. The servers were so nice, great cocktails including refreshing spritzes, and impeccable fries. Can't wait to return to sample more food.Atmosphere was perfect for summer with the big door open to the outside. Seems like cozy for fall and winter too with big banquettes, nice bar.

It's definitely all about the vibe. Indoors looks great and the sidewalk seating has excellent people watching. The food is good, but very expensive for what you get.

If I owned a place, I'd want it exactly like Smith & Mills...great drinks, staff and the elevator/bathroom is not to be missed!!!

Bijou restaurant bar. Small menu but awesome for the cozy intimate atmosphere. Prices start to get up there, but this is Tribeca after all.

Came here on a Friday night after a birthday dinner with a few friends. I asked the bartender how much a shot was, intending to buy them for the group. The bartender was so kind to inform me that “it’s embarrassing” to ask for the price of a drink at a bar and “this is tribeca”.Once we heard this, a few of us decided on not having a drink at all as we were shocked by the rude response. When we asked for waters instead, the bartender asked us to leave.Happy to take our business elsewhere, and honestly thankful for this experience. My friends and I now have a really funny story about this odd little backwater bar in tribeca that we will be laughing about for at least the next few days. Cheers.
