Love this place! We shared a delicious chicken Parmesan sandwich but most importantly the service and drinks were incredible! Bartender remembered us after one visit and welcomed everyone in as if they were regulars. Don't miss the tiramisu cocktail!

It is sad to see how people demigrate to others, no matter what nationality we are, we should not look down on anyone. Yesterday I came in very cordially and asked for a free glass of ice, which a Spanish-speaking guy who works there was very cordially going to give it to me but unfortunately his boss said no, the guy left, I spent more than 3 minutes waiting if they could give it to me or not. Then I approach him and he answers, sorry, my boss didn't allow me to give you the ice. bone, it's not the ice, it's not the value, it's simply the attitude towards things, we are all human beings, rich, poor, whatever, but we all deserve respect and it's sad because it is a very nice place, anyway, thanks to a client who spoke They gave it to me but in order to work you must learn about customer service, thanks and blessings to that boss.

At Smith's in Hell's Kitchen, the stage was set for a lunch that could never find its spotlight. With an audience of empty chairs, one might expect the service to play the leading role, yet it seemed more inclined to a supporting act, disappearing when needed most. The culinary script featured a buffalo chicken sandwich, priced as though it had ambitions for a Michelin star, but unfortunately, it was more of an understudy on stale bread. As for the five-piece chicken wings at $15.99, they seemed to audition for a part in a tragedy--overpriced and underwhelming, they left the taste buds yearning for a plot twist that never came. Smith's appears to cast itself in the role of a transient stop for Broadway-goers--a place where the memory of the meal fades faster than the applause at curtain call, making it a place not for encores. In the bustling theater of Hell's Kitchen's culinary scene, Smith's performance is, regrettably, not one for the playbill.

Nice pub right by the theatre district, making it super convenient to grab a drink and some food before a show. The place gets packed by 530pm! The soft pretzel with Guinness cheese dip was really good!
Came here today 17th Merch/24 for the first time in a couple of years. The AM bartender girl was friendly and polite and served me my beer prompt. Nice layout with plenty of room. Did not eat as came in for a quicky beer but food others eating looked good.

We ordered a burger each. the fries full of oil and soft with the potato skin. saturated frying. burger toasty and full of fat. We complained to the waiter, I still think it's bad to have complained. pig food! and very expensive. We paid 84 dollars with mandatory gratuity, to eat 2 burgers, a room and two draft beer. There is no lower rating to give than the food and service
