First Impression: i'm told by my coworkers that there's usually really long lines for this spot... I lucked out and only two people in front of me, but that's likely because it was 43° outside lol The Noms: Combination plate with chicken and lamb and rice... no tomato no onions salad only, plenty of white sauce, and a little bit of red sauce on the side - surprisingly the salad was very crisp and fresh like it was freshly cut (unlike Halal guys, whose lettuce is usually wilted). This was super satisfying to eat probably one of my top Halal food experiences. As of right now this is my favorite chicken lamb and rice spot. my only complaint is that they have no small plastic cups for the sauces.. so when you ask for it on the side, they squirt it into the corner. I will just bring my own containers, lol. In Conclusion: damn it, I'm sure I'm going to fail my New Year's resolution to lose weight because this spot is right outside my work place and I'm already craving another helping. So definitely becoming. The dude working in the cart is dope AF too, you can tell he has his regulars because he has memorized their orders. Hahah. I look forward to becoming a regular!

**careful** Don't go there if you're expecting the authentic halal guys. The real one is in mid-town Manhattan. Also the food from this soho halal guy doesn't compare to the real one. I feel bad giving a low rating to this guy because he seems to work really hard for his money but the food is not it and the name of this food cart is misleading and got me and my wife walking 30 minutes and spending $26 on Uber expecting the real halal guys experience. I'm going to give a 1 star

Honestly, it's another place worth it just for the experience, nothing special, long queue. eat standing up, poor hygiene, but I went to say I went, and if you feel like it, go

We were lost for 45 minutes hopelessly and then we remembered our glimmering beacon of hope, the halal guy. We followed our noses to the intoxicating aromas of the 14 spices used to marinate each heavenly dish. We proceeded to obtain the scrumptious masterpiece called ‘chicken over rice’ and we immediately knew that everything would be alright. Thanks halal guy. 11/10 value, taste, and vibez

I can say very unhygienic and the gyro was burnt. I feel like vomiting since I had it. ??
Guy was friendly and chicken over rice was delicious. Only $8 for moist chicken, creamy white sauce, and refreshing lettuce and onions. Perfect late night grub.
