I STILL haven't gotten a refund for my completely messed up order. It's been several days and I'm still waiting for a simple refund. Insane. The food is average at best.

Terrible quality chicken - it was basically just fried batter. The rice was mushy and bland. My food also arrived upside down and cold. Not impressed!

Terrible quality Chinese food - very greasy and cheap.

Ordered and got the completely wrong order. No attempt to make it up or anything. And it exploded everywhere in the bag.

Never got to try it...ordered for delivery 5 min. After putting order in I got a call saying that delivery is there-kinda impossible to make food and deliver to address that is 10 min away in 5 min. Once I told the lady that I'm outside and noone is here she simply hung up on me. I tried calling back and no one picked up.And to top it off they had no problem charging my card. I would give 0 stats if I could.

Seamless order never showed up. No answer when I called. Thankfully Seamless refunded me.

I didn't enjoy their food that much. Ordered string bean with roast pork and pork fried rice combo $18.95 for it but got small potion/quality that u can pay just $10-12 for it. 4pcs chicken wings $9.95 the same when u pay $6 for it. Never again.

Be aware that this restaurant operates under multiple aliases on online platforms, and this became an issue when I placed an order trying to take advantage of their coupon issued by both restaurants (in reality it was the same restaurant). They refused to honor the coupon they marketed. They claimed it was because it would make the meal "free". Yes it would, but they did not specify that exclusion on Grubhub. The meal was satisfactory with Chinese takeout standards. The condition of the interior suggests that cleanliness may be an issue.

I'm a new customer to this place my first time ordering I ordered some chicken wings. They was very good. Very crispy and tasty. Then I tried the beef fried rice was very tasty and good. But the price is wayyyyyy to high and the portion is very small for the price.

They say you can't go wrong with Thai food. It's cheap good food. Not with rustic spoon, however. Their food is at another level. Must try their curries. It is the best!

Without hesitation amid planning a Valentine's dinner, one of the girls suggested going to The Rustic Spoon and that was the end of it! We made reservations last week and no second-guesses were made. After a truly long week at work, I knew this was going to be a delicious dinner well worth the wait.

Very good selection of food. Great option for Chinese American take out. This place packs that punch of flavor you may be looking for. Went with the broccoli in garlic sauce, Szechuan chicken, and chicken noodle soup. Yummy flavors

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. My experience was quite good. It was even early! I ordered through Seamless and was pleasantly surprised that it arrived like 20 minutes later with full silverware, chow mein noodles, and an awesome fortune cookie. The food was pretty delicious for under $20 Chinese food. I had the beef and broccoli (asked for it spicy and they obliged) with pork fried rice and a hot and sour soup. Hot and sour soup saves me during flu season. Honestly, I'll definitely order from here again. Nothing else around here has come even close to the taste and service. DELIVERY ALL THE WAY!!!
