I went to pick up my free cupcake, and this was one of the smoothest transactions I've had in a while! The worker finished assisting the person ahead of me ( I walked up a bit too soon), and I explained I tried to do the whole thing online, but it wouldn't let me check out. No Problem! He took my number and pulled up my account, asked which Cupcake I wanted, I told him, and he keyed it in and 1,2,3 I was done! In and out! The store wasn't crowded and I could see why! They were fast and efficient! They had limited edition Barbie cupcakes so of course I went for that!

These cupcakes are delicious and like the ones made at home need to be eaten and enjoyed on the day one buys them. Today I got a Banana and my favorite Chocolate Marshmallow. Now it will be a toss up to see what to eat first? Maybe a bite of each? Kiara was helpful especially when I told her that April always brought out the Lemon Meringue special which I liked a lot and since the pandemic that went by the wayside. I do hope it returns. This location near Bloomingdales is the only one left as the one in Brookfield Place closed down. This store is bright but devoid of all seating which is rather sad.

Terrible customer service. I ordered cupcakes for a birthday and Sprinkles sent it via uber eats. The driver did not even wait for 2 minutes before leaving with the cupcakes. Sprinkles has still not refunded or responded to our requests for a replacement delivery. Incompetent team, never ordering from here again.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Sprinkles Cupcakes. I have been sending these cupcakes to my daughter for the past 5 years, for birthdays, valentines, and other special days. They never disappoint. The delivery is always spot on and on time every time. The cupcakes are DELICIOUS!!!!! Their customer service, even on the busiest holidays, is so helpful and friendly. I love that I can always make my daughter's day a little bit nicer with one of their deliveries.

Ridiculously good cupcakes, I’ve been ordering them as gifts for my special hotel guests whenever I’m in a time crunch and want to deliver a little extra surprise. However, I randomly passed the store for the first time and went in. The girl behind the counter never once acknowledged me or said hello. I was confused whether I order with her or use the machine but she ignored me until I simply used the machine. When an Uber Eats driver almost (accidentally) took my order on the counter, she rudely snapped at him (“That’s NOT yours!!”) Even I was taken aback by her bad attitude. It was obviously a mistake. Please do yourself a favor if you care about your store and train this person or replace her.

However if you do an advanced order like I did yesterday where I paid for the cupcakes I wanted, received a receipt, and designated the specific pick up time to get the cupcakes you may receive a phone call like I did as you're on you're way to the bakery informing you that your fully paid order has been sold out!... that's unacceptable. Especially considering this has never happened to me before as I've ordered this way for years with sprinkles. What bullshit to treat an extremely loyal customer this way.

I used to buy cupcakes from this and the small branch located at the entrance of Penn station almost every week. My daughter simply loved them. These cupcakes are completely nut-free and hence was a good option to gift to day care
Our last order, which we picked up on Christmas Eve, was a DISASTER. I did call the customer service line, and the woman there did refund the missing item. However, the manager of the actual location was supposed to get back to me today and never did. These were the issues:1) We ordered 2 DYO Cupcake sets as Christmas gifts. The cupcakes were supposed to come unfrosted so the recipient can design their own. The kits are also supposed to come with a variety of sprinkles, including holiday themed ones. The holiday themed sprinkles were not there, and 3 of the four cupcakes in each set were frosted already which kind of defeats the purpose of the box. Also, the frosted cupcakes do not stay fresh as long2) I am allergic to gluten and cannot eat chocolate, so in the box I ordered to bring for Christmas Eve dinner I ordered a Lemon Gluten-free cupcake. When I took the paper off, I saw it was Red Velvet which contains chocolate. So, basically a waste of money.3) My dad is diabetic, so we asked for a sugar free Red Velvet in the box. Usually, the Sugar Free cupcakes have a red S on top. There was a Red Velvet in the box, and when we called customer service they tried to tell us how to tell the difference between the two kinds, but in the end my dad decided he didn't want to risk it. Another waste of money.4) We also ordered a mini-sampler as an add on gift - missing from the bag.5) I didn't realize a tip of over $12 was added to my order, and I left a cash tip when I picked up the order. Customer Service offered to refund the tip, and I felt bad doing that so I refused. However, now that I'm realizing that NOT ONE part of my order was correct, I kind of wish I had. I basically tipped over $20 between cash and card for poor customer serviceAt this point, I doubt I'd make such a big order from this location again. Also, anything I do pick up I'll insist on being able to break the sticker seal and ask for it to be resealed after I check the order myself. We traveled from Brooklyn to Manhattan by train about an hour each way to pick these up only to be totally disappointed.Dietary restrictions: They have limited options for Gluten Free, vegan, and sugar free but are not consistent in correctly labeling the items.

I did an order pick up online for 12/22. The cupcakes that I ordered were so dry that they fell apart as you tried to eat them. We even bother eating the last one. I was beyond disappointed to say the least I traveled from NJ to pick them up. I have had sprinkles at this Disney Springs location in Orlando and was instantly addicted they were perfect. So when I had time to go to NY I decided to grab some which again huge disappointment.

Great holiday cupcakes! Stopped by Sprinkles and picked up a few of their special cupcakes for the holidays. Nicely decorated and delicious. Service was efficient and friendly. Still miss the store that they used to have in Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan (which I used to go regularly) but this one operates well also.
