I don't really go to Starbucks, but I received a gift card from a friend so I go, "oh why not". The layout was confusing at first but you can order in!! Anyhow, it's raining outside, I'm running later than expected for an appointment, I am honestly a mess. My gift card doesn't have enough, so I decide to pay the rest in card. My card declines and I'm like "girl don't embarass me right now..." because my pending zelle didn't go through. One of the workers there was incredibly sweet and made my day :( ♡♡♡ He ordered the drink for me despite my declining card. After it was made, he called my name and waved bye to me!! And another worker put a cute sticker on my cup :') So incredibly sweet!! By far this is the best experience I have ever experienced in any cafe. My experience as a barista is a bit traditional: Simple drinks with little to no syrup and always including latte art. At the end of the day, it's more than just the drink but the hospitality that comes with it. While extracting, brewing, steaming, etc. is one skill, it's the vibes that really make the shop unique. I can already tell these guys know what they're doing, their kindness goes above and beyond. Thank you

This team is so friendly. They genuinely seem to care about customers, put cute stickers on the cups of happy messages and its just a nice place. Youd expect this as a non chain shop not a Starbies. I love coming here even if its usually for 5 seconds to pick up my mobile

Omg Staff is nice enough when they speak. However, they move like molasses meeting so slow and they tell you to order from the app because they're backed up on orders and while it's no wonder that they're still backed up on orders at the pace they move at. I waited for over 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. I had to order Americano because no cofeee ready. Even after 10 min just sitting there. Apathy at its best.

2nd ave was closed and i was driving. They told me to come back after i was finished with what i was doing to grab it later so they could make it fresh for me. They have always been the nicest sweetest baristas! My favorite location by far!

worst Starbucks, I pay for all of my add-ons and they barely add them. I have asked what I need to do to ensure that I get my add-ons and was told by an associate what I needed to do on my app, still nothing. It's frustrating because this has happened several times and I don't have time to wait for them to remake it, as I work at a hospital and have to get back to work.Now, I just walk an extra block and go to that starbucks even though this one is more convenient.

I've had to stop coming to this location because my average wait time for a mobile order is 15-20 minutes. They never have enough staff to fulfill orders.

Ordered a latte this morning, and the cup felt really light when she handed it to me. Walked one block, opened the cup and realized the milk only came up halfway. Went back to the store, & politely asked for it to be remade. The barista seemed very annoyed & informed me all lattes have foam that settle. I told her that while yes lattes have foam, the ratio shouldn’t be 1/2 milk, 1/2 foam. There should just be a light layer on top. I paid for a medium and I was only getting a few sips of milk in this drink. She disagreed but reluctantly remade the drink. When I got home, the new drink tasted very watery & had no flavor. Very unhappy and disappointed. Customer service and quality of drinks were definitely lacking.

My local Starbucks on 75 and 1st mobile was down so I went to 76 and Second.I could not believe the crowd that was waiting for their order. The set up is not customer friendly. My name was called for my drink and the barista put it on the counter and did not hand it to me. When I went to get it the rudest barista started chastising me in front of everyone. With all the chaos in the store how was I suppose to know what their system is. I could not believe how nasty she was. As I waited for my second order I observed how rude she was to other customers. Which resulted in most of us our eyes at one another. Soooo $14+ to be treated this way? I certainly will not be back and will happily pass along my experience to my neighbors.For the record I know all the baristas by name at the 75th and 1st location and it’s an absolute pleasure to purchase my order there daily. Good luck to 76th and 2nd!!!
