No sense of urgency. Two workers at the register talking up someone who didn't even seem to be ordering anything & holding up the whole line. 10am on a Thursday when we all have places to be.

This starbucks is trash honestly. The staff is very rude and stand off-ish. I got a black iced coffee (really not a difficult order to make), and I could literally see nothing but water in the cup. You would think i ordered an iced tea how watered down the coffee was. Then when I asked for some milk on the side, the lady working there gave me such a nasty attitude.Ultimately i threw my coffee in the garbage, and I'll never come back here again. Stay away!

Always great to be laughed at and made fun of for having a non-English name. I'm used to people getting the spelling wrong or mispronunciation, but to be deliberately made fun of and be mocked is a new experience and certainly none I wish to repeat.

Stopped at this Starbucks on September 9th and was groped by a man. When it happened I started screaming and yelling that I was touched in appropriately and not a single employee did anything but stare at me. Not a single employee even asked if I was okay or defended me. Clearly this store does uphold Starbucks ethics and needs to have the whole team reevallayed. Will absolutely never go back to that starbucks and I'm still awaiting their response back from my formal complaint email. Maybe now they'll handle the situation appropriately.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the neighborhood. There is a handful of Starbucks in every corner of each block. Everyone is kind, quick, and provide good service. No complaints at all!

This WAS a great Starbucks. Very friendly and accommodating, but now they CLOSED the bathroom to patrons. We are drinking COFFEE....hello! Also, there is an old man with a top hat that is just rude and insensitive. A customer asked for a refill and he gave her the third degree when she had been sitting by her computer working and sipping. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it. This clown with the top hat held up the entire line staring at the ice-filled drink with residual coffee lying at the bottom. She showed him her mobile order and he smirked at her. RUDE!!!

Just like a regular Starbucks. However better to have the bathroom working. This one is good because it is close to everything. The drinks are standard.
