I never come to Starbucks as I enjoy a good cup of coffee. Because of a sudden rain I stepped in to keep dry and was beyond disappointed with a burnt tasting coffee. I kick myself for spending $6 on a latte that I ended up throwing away after only 2 sips. I must stand alone in my assessment as this place is always busy when I pass by. I literally wouldn't drink this stuff if it were free. Call me a snob, but there are sooooo many better coffee places in NYC and I'm sure they are less dirty too.

Solid Starbucks coffee. Kudos to staff as when someone gave away one of their coffee to a person looking for compassion, staff immediately offered to replace their drink. (Absolutely understand that as a business, they can not and should not simply hand out free drink without management approval, but an offer to replace customer's drink onsuch instance shows their heart for the community's needy!)

I thought I reviewed this location already. Starbucks is everywhere. When I'm with my daughter she always says Starbucks if we stop for coffee. This location is good for grab and go. In warm weather my daughter likes iced coffee. If I'm alone and get a seat I have a black coffee. I rarely go to Starbucks these days since the price went up. If you're in the area and want a Starbucks coffee this location is as good as any.

DO NOT USE THIS BATHROOM!!!! if i'm going to be honest-- i did not come into this starbs to order anything, so regarding the quality drinks/food, i don't know. but i was running an errand nearby and desperately needed to use the bathroom. i'm waiting in line & the woman in front of me said there was a girl in there for about half an hour. she finally comes out and she's a full blown junkie. it's my turn to go in and there's blood on the sink & a needle cap on the floor. the reason as to why this girl was able to use this bathroom as a space to shoot up is because they have the code taped to the door. 0/10 absolutely disgusting i'd give 0 stars if i could.

I'm not sure why this location is rated so low. I've been there multiple times and the staff has always been friendly, kind and efficient. In comparison to other locations, it's fairly clean and it is very spacious with plenty of seats and outlets (which I appreciate for working). The quality of the drinks and food in my opinion gives nothing to complain about and is consistent with Starbucks's standards.
