I don't know what's going on at Starbucks in New York but this is the 3rd I've been to and the service is terrible. They don't listen to your order, they're wrong, and there's nothing in stock. No basics like cookies or Christmas cakes even though it’s still the season! It’s not even a scheduling problem since I went there in the morning or at snack time. And the worst part is that there are fewer and fewer relaxation areas. It’s really sad and disappointing.

I asked for an iced coffee and the barista gave it to me black. I politely asked her to put in ice - and she caused a total scene making fun of me to other workers in the store and verbally attacking me. DO NOT recommend.

My drink was made but I was confused if it was made already or not because I was waiting a long time so I got up to check and there was a Caramel ribbon crunch there, but it wasn't my name, I asked if it was mine even though it doesn't have my name and they said we got it mixed up it doesn't matter with an attitude, I was confused because I approached them politely, it was the tall guy by the way

Not the best. Decidedly poor compared to the many other outlets I have visited. The server was vacant, mumbled and, whatever became audible was said at speed. Very poor.

So I accidentally ordered a drink to the wrong location on the mobile app. I told the baristas what happened and they were all kind and made my drink quickly despite being so busy. I really appreciate it, thank you all so much!

I go to this starbucks every day and spend so much money with them . Today i went in and was given a cup of ice , as the barista handed it too me the lid fell so i bent to pick it up and went to leave when my bag accidentally hit one of the cups on display with no type of support , it fell and the corner of the cup broke . The barista then told me i have to pay for the cup , i said it was simply an accident as i was picking up something you dropped , She then said we can’t sell it we can give you a discount but you can’t leave without paying for it , and i simply embrassed in front of the massive amount of people in there , walk out and say i can’t pay for this , it’s unfair, i’m not going to pay $30 or more for something that was CLEARLY an accident . Then i get chased out with someone trailing behind me yelling ma’am. You could clearly see this was an accident and makes me feel as if i will never go back to this starbucks based on the treatment and embarrassment i experienced early morning, disgusting .

I got in and out within 5 minutes. I thought my drink was difficult to make but the barista guy helped me on it and made it exactly what i wanted. Nice!
