Evening staff sucks, placed a mobile order and came and had to wait and I was the only customer. After getting my coffee I had to tell them I also ordered a sandwic. They then asked mw what was it, smh.

Whenever I’m in New York for business I usually head to a close Starbucks for a quick breakfast on my way to meetings.There are so many Starbucks’ in the city but this one is particularly busy in the mornings, specifically. It can take 10-30 minutes to get your food and drink order depending on how busy they are, between 7 AM - 10 AM, which is hard if you’re in a rush.This Starbucks location in midtown is great and it’s a clean establishment but they need to hire more staff to handle the volume of orders in the early mornings. Move up from 3 people to 5-7 and you’ll be just fine. They’re clearly working hard.

Having a cup of coffee from Starbucks in the early morning is nothing but regret for the rest of the day. It feels like you start the day with killing children and innocent family. Wow! what a mood of shame it gives for every cup of coffee.

Staff was nice and we were served rapidly at lunchtime on a weekday. But why are there no seats or tables although there is enough space..? We had to huddle on the window sill with the kids to have our lunch..

December 24, 2023 @ 3:53pmOrdered two Grande hot chocolates with half & half (breve). Instead, I received two mildly warm chocolates with 2% milk. There was no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. When I told the barista making the hot chocolates about the issue, his response was a very helpful “I only make what I see on the ticket.” I left twelve dollars poorer and threw the drinks in the garbage where they belonged as he seemed uninterested in resolving the situation. Starbucks has really gone downhill over the years as their customer service is non-existent.Santa is very sad.
