I've actually been a Starbucks customer since the beginning... but THIS is by far the worst branch I know in New York. The two of us there today...... actually wanted to sit comfortably and drink coffee, the order was taken incorrectly, which led to discussion (and my yelling) when the drinks were served. 1 coffee latte came... the other one? The employee at the checkout didn't book it. Ergo: Only one of them had his coffee latte. And having a discussion if the order was taken incorrectly was exactly what I wanted. They can be lucky that I passed the one I received straight on to my friend, otherwise I would have thrown the thing into their kitchen.A bit strange before... 2 toilets... but only for employees. There is obviously nothing wanted or intended for customers in this branch.Sorry... at the price level of "Starbucks" I expect attention, love for the work and the product and loving treatment of the guest. What “Starbucks” actually means. And I didn't find any of that here today. This branch is permanently closed for me.

I asked for the whipping to be removed, but they added it.I ordered Tall, but it went for Grande.I ordered Noice, but it didn't apply.The only thing I heard correctly from the order was my name.
The employee called his name and went, and he threw away the drink in front of him.Simply put, they make a drink using the cup that they threw away after just waiting for a few minutes without an apology.I thought it was racism

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. One person making coffees moving as slow as he could possibly move with 10-15 people waiting and he made my drink wrong. Move with purpose and urgency dude or you’ll get nowhere in life.
