It's not the employees fault, but if you order in the morning it will be approximately 30 mins wait for a cold brew. Order from any other starbucks on your commute.

Staff was so attentive and friendly from the moment you walk in! Greeting customers, being attentive of all orders including mobile orders. They have a system going and it’s working to have the morning rush go smooth!

Every starbucks in Manhattan gets slammed in the mornings. SO much so that the one I normally pass I can't order from if I get a TUESDAY IS DOUBLE STAR day. With the 45th street one I have had to wait 20-35 minutes after the online order was placed for a drink and another 5-15 then for food.The employees and mgmt here are amazing. I ordered here walking to a new site and had no idea how bad the wait would be--so I expected to wait too long. They have tables lined up near the door with a dedicated greeter. The tables were labelled with A to Z with 30-40 drinks already laid out waiting for pickup. I've never seen a starbucks that busy. STARBUCKS ARE YOU PAYING ANY ATTENTION??? The greeter was sweet and friendly. There were 7-10 customers on line inside. Every station behind the counter had a dedicated employee (I saw 2 just making teas), plus a runner bringing items out to customers and the greeter. Seeing how they were cranking things out--I didn't mind the wait and dropped a cash tip just for the show.

Wouldn’t accept a promo coupon…no explanation or compensation just sorry it isn’t working ??Didn’t have half the cold tea options available. No grande cups. Terrible location. Asked for an ice water, and the barista rolled his eyes at us. Who do you think you are ?? ? …also dirty ..garbage and empty cups everywhere. There were about four employees, but no one was cleaning up.
What I liked:- seating indoors and outdoors - friendly staff- good music playing in the background.

Spent $23, asked to use the restroom and they said no public restrooms are available. Taking my complaint to the BBB and OSHA. As a paying customers, we should have access to restrooms.
