Only gets two stars for two employees that are actually amazing and I’m sorry I don’t remember their names but it’s a shorter black girl with short dreads/ braids and a taller slender black guy who’s usually there in the am I wish I remembered to look at their names so I wouldnt have to describe them :( but they’re always moving around actuallyWorking so I don’t stop to look when I should have.But everyone else is just there.. but there’s a particular Spanish girl Denise.. of course I know her name because she’s always just standing or moving like it hurts to walk. she’s honestly terrible. Always looks miserable and is never helping any of her coworkers. Today there was a huge line in the morning and she was just walking around the counter doing absolutely nothing. I asked her for a cup sleeve and all she said is “it’s right there” meanwhile it was behind the counter and I didn’t want to reach over everyone’s drinks to grab it. I know this is just a job that most people get because they need money but damn girl do something. At least fake it till you make it. Everyone knows Starbucks employees get paid better than most corporate coffee shop brands. Your coworker is making coffee drinks and helping the line. It looks so bad.You would think it was just that one day but this is every time she is there.Girl can’t even call out names.

Dynasty was barking orders at all of the staff and being rude to customers. I order a coffee and she filled the cup half full. I asked her refill it and she told me I was wrong. If I’m going to pay $6.00 for a cup of coffee I want a full cup. Also not a good atmosphere to have employees scolding other employees. I’d recommend hitting any of the other Starbucks in town over this one any day.Coffee was good coffee - as always

Poor customer service at evening.Completely ignored when I was standing there to order my beverage until I ask if it was closed?

i came in at around 12 today (friday) and the guy working the cashier is so sweet i love him always kind to every customer however the lady that makes the drinks and sandwiches is so rude!!! i asked her for cup holders and straws very kindly and she would roll her eyes and doesn’t even reply back just stares very rudely and passes it with a stank face. she looks so miserable in there and i saw other people notice it too because they all saw me asking and her giving no reply w/ an eye roll. if you hate people i suggest her to find another job something that doesn’t require customer service. Might come back next week around the same time while i’m broadcasting to show yall. It’s unbelievable. (and will never get my drinks from this location)

During my first visit, I had the friendliest service and there was abundant seating. No wonder this was the best rated Starbucks in the area.But the last few times I've been, the quality of the service has dropped massively, and the entire upstairs seating area is closed, with all of the seats downstairs taken. Hope management will take note...

All seating upstairs was empty (because it was closed) and downstairs all seats were taken, when we asked if we were allowed to sit upstairs, they just said no. When we asked where we should sit, the woman behind the counter pointed at the housing of some radiator with no chairs or table… so now we are sitting right there… (anyways, the scones are very good), but spend your money at another starbucks with a better level of service

Even though upstairs was empty and all seating downstairs taken, we were denied seating upstairs. Staff not helpful. Ordered black tea but we were served some kind of herb stuff. Scones too dry. Probably the worst Starbucks in Manhattan.

Midsummer Madness

Have several table but is a bad place to sit down and work for the following reasons:1. The environment is dirty. I saw one fly and a small bug while I was upstairs. There are also food remains on the tables and mysterious fluids down the table. Bathroom is disgusting.2. Music is bombing. Super loud for no reason. Almost feel like I’m in a concert.3. Some employer is rude. There are two restroom for employees upstairs, but only one for customer and is located downstairs. And the customer restroom smells like home for homeless.I was working upstairs and I needed to go to restroom so I went downstairs, a table blocked my way to go down and I tried to move it but it won’t move, the employee next to it didn’t seem to see me. I asked her to move the table politely and she didn’t say anything back but just moved table. I then asked her if there is a restroom for customer, before I even finished the sentence she just cut in saying by the corner. I said thank you but she said nothing. Done with bathroom I wanted to go upstairs again, she says upstairs is closed. So I had to just leave. I looked up the store close time is 9 pm before I went there, that’s why I decided to get a Trenta drink so I can sit there and work. But it was just 6:15 when she said upstairs is closed. Also when I went down for bathroom, someone was still upstairs doing work, and no one told us it was closed. And the way employee speak is very rude. I think if they want to close a part of the store early, they should put a sign somewhere at least. Also, even when the upstairs was open, I didn’t see any employee went upstairs to do any cleaning, so I don’t understand why would they even close it if they not gonna clean it anyways.Now I am back home and I’m still disgusted by the smell of the bathroom and feel like to throw up, if I knew I couldn’t go back up again, I would just go home to use my clean bathroom.

Waited almost a minute to be acknowledged at the counter while the young lady was texting away. I had to say GOOD MORNING, to finally get her attention and even then continued texting while taking my order. Terrible attitude and terrible service. Why hire people that clearly don't want to be here.
