No restroom! I usually buy Starbucks when I travel, because the coffee is steady and it has restroom. This really let me down! And not only this one, the nearby ones also don't have restroom. I wonder how those customers sitting inside sipping on coffee should do when they finish their coffee.

There is no bathroom and no working outlets. I am highly disappointed and upset. I have watched multiple people walk in and out and choose not to give their patronage to this location due to the lack of these services.

Manager Issac doesn’t show leadership skills. I placed an order to the wrong strong and instead of him trying to help me resolve my mistake. He rudely requested me to call the other store. Since when Starbucks answers the phone? I order a coffee every morning and today will be my last. Thanks to their incredible manager. I didn’t want to continue an on going disagreement so I paid for two drinks losing $20 for my previous order. Hopefully this will help tighten up their management skills.

They are not very observant of disability. Storing overstock in the ADA accessible elevator for wheelcharis to get to the higher level. Could pose some problems for some individuals.Overall all of the baristas are caring, and make all of the drinks correctly. They do try and out an effort in making drinks correctly and accurate.
Rude staff. no toilet facilities and the place was filthy !! Defo not worth a return visit

What a joke i have to ask for my coffee again 10 mins after order. Where i’m from everyone is personable in starbucks. They give us our coffee n don’t purposely forget
