Cappuccino or any medium hot drink is served in half the glass. The bathroom is always dirty and without paper. Many of the connectors for charging the cell phone or computer do not work. Some employees get angry if you don't speak English well and treat you poorly.

Nice staff, cold foam here tasted more bitter than I’ve had at other Starbucks but idk, otherwise average compared to non-nyc ones. One weird but critical thing to note is that they closed their bathrooms 2h before the actual shop closing time? Ex. Blocked them off at 8 when their hours are til 10. Unsure what they expect their patrons to do, seems like a big problem given that they’re a coffee shop

Staff not particularly friendly and lazy.Coffee didn't taste as good as it should.We wanted brownies that they had in the window, the employee told us they were out of stock. When we told her there were some in the window, she gave in and then brought us one. She didn't even get it from the shop window, which means it still had it but she just didn't want to.The same thing with a piece of cake.
The store that really ruined my Christmas trip. When trying to get a cup of coffee, the service is terrible, from racial discrimination to dropping drinks. Cashier Jes A, who was even racist, was rude from start to finish and didn't even ask my name, which caused inconvenience to my husband who threw away the clothes in the store.Instead of even saying sorry for missing the drink, he actually got angry at me and made me look like a funny person. When I asked other staff to call the manager, they were as rude as Hangyal and did not respond properly. These are idiots who proudly ask for a tip on the bill while providing service like this.
