The seating area is enormous and yet, bewilderingly, there are very few tables and even fewer chairs. Many tables that could comfortably have four chairs around them had only one or two.

Service was quick, prompt and friendly. Also found the environment to be pleasant for working on the computer in the afternoon. Would recommend utilizing if you're in need of a sbux in NYC and you're in the area.

quite literally the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to, worker pamela looked miserable and treated us terribly, our drink was taken by another customer and we asked for them to remake it and got attitude, hire people who know how to work customer service.

Really nice Starbucks on two levels. The employees were nice and the restroom is accessible to everyone (even non-customers). They could use more space though, there are not enough tables. The music is also too loud.
