My first time drinking a coffee in New York.It gave me a bad Impression of the daily breakfast in the United States especially considering that it was not my first time at a Starbucks. The Starbucks that I have tried so far in the United States have grave problems. Starting from the poor service provided by employees. Although I could forgive this if they could at least make coffee without burning it. Worst coffee i drank in my life.

I agree with other reviewers that this place takes way too much time for being an “order in advance and pick up” place. Takes longer than regular Starbucks. There’s only 1 Barista making all these orders in the weekend which doesn’t make sense at all when it’s located at one of the busiest area in the USA.

This is a pick up/order booth only!! There is an insanely long wait time. Over 15min. There are people that work nearby that place mobile order pickups. They only have two people inside rush hour on a weekday. I recommend any other one or two order at least 20 min ahead.

This store is horrible i came here two times, on one instance i waited 20 minutes when there was no line. But this second time, i ordered a vanilla bean frap no whip cream. Sounds simple right, wrong because i noticed they put whip cream and then removed it and handed it to me, the entire top was caved it and like 1/3 of the drink was gone. I gave them a chance with a remake because i know its a hassle to refund, and the drink tasted nasty like someone spat inside of it or something. I threw the drink and im never ordering again and am looking into getting food service to inspect the place.

You can't get much more Manhattan than this, sipping good coffee at the Empire State Bldg. We were pleased with the location and the good coffee.

Staff are terrible and rude. Open the mobile app to take orders at 5:30 but when you get here the women that open the store lift their fingers to say 6 but then no longer acknowledge you. I just wanted my refund.

I got the hot chocolate and it was not fully made. The top was too watery and the bottom was too chocolaty I asked for whipped cream and I did not get any. It made me sick. I literally threw up. if I could give it 0 stars I would.

You can only order ahead and pick up here. If you come during rush hour, the entire sidewalk is mobbed with people trying to enter one tiny door to pick up your drink. Not worth it. Dunkin’ is around the corner and much faster.
