What’s the point of selecting whipped cream option if you’re not going to add it? Thanks for my milkshake vs requested Frappuccino. Egg wrap was pretty gross too. Potatoes were not cooked and was missing sausage and bacon. Rip off

I walked in here the other day not knowing it was a mobile pickup only location. The staff were friendly and got my drink started while I muddled through the app. The future of Starbucks? I do like to utilize mobile pickup but it is also nice to visit the cafe sometimes and interact with humans.

Wanted a simple coffee light n sweet. Got a black coffee and was pointed to a nasty table on which sat my light n sweet. Dyi coffee, and still cost m me like 5 bucks. Here your tip. "I hate sugar packets ". I

Omg the guy at the counter ( tall, very fair and cute ) was soo rude!!! He should get fired coz no-one goes to Starbucks to see his attitude. I wanted a sachet of sugar and he got really defensive. ?

This is a pickup location so place your order on the app before you go. They don’t have a place to seat and eat or a restroom. This is for a quick and convenient coffee run. Great staff

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte like ive done during this season many times at other starbucks. Tasted like just steamed milk. No flavor. No spice. Just hot milk. I asked for almond milk due to a milk allergy, when I noticed she did not make the drink correctly I immediately asked for a new one. When trying to trade in the drink for another, they made it so uncomfortable like it was somehow my fault they made the drink awful and my allergies an issue to them.... not the starbucks I was picturing for the prime location. I simply threw the drink away and walked out with a bad taste of toasted milk in my mouth and a bad experience.
