A typical Starbucks coffee. Interesting interior design and nice staff who can never spell my name correctly, I think it's fun. You can sit and rest a little, but the big minus is that the toilet is only for the staff

This is one my fav starbucks and so convenient to Times Sq, Theaters, and Bryant Park! The teams are amazing!! Beautiful, professional warm and inviting. Considering the range of people they recieve as clients, I find their consistent patience with complex orders to be a signature of their excellence. Clean, open windows, and courteous! What a combo! Highly reccommend also as a meeting place for professionals and tourists to take moment have a coffee or food and continue on their great day! ?⚘️⭐️

Even ordering ahead on the app, the wait time here is ridiculous. While you wait for the app to say "working on order," 20 "new people" will walk in and get their drinks first.This place is only decent because of the guy with the long blonde braids (sorry if I got your pronouns wrong). His vibe, energy & customer service never disappoint.Also, the bottom of the cup always have grains.

It may seem like this story comes out of a novel set in hell, but it's happened. It just happened within this hour: 9:00 a.m hour 12 Feb 2024. Before today, this was one of my very favorite coffee shops in New York City. It's not the coffee, it's the setting; it has floor to ceiling windows on the corner of 40th and Broadway. The space gives you a movie like setting of what most Americans think about when they think about New York City. Today I entered, order off the mobile app, then got on line to get water. I then walked over to the seats near the window and placed my bag on a stool. A gentleman to my right spilled a venti iced coffee of some short on the continuous counter, of which I'm seated to his left. It happens, we all spill things at times. I then go to the counter and asked a barista if she has some wet wipes in the red case? These are customary at nearly all starbucks nationwide. Before I could finish my question, she, in a monotone voice said "no I'm sorry." I said you know in the red pack they are normally on this counter, she didn't flinch, "no I'm sorry." I walked to her left and asked the lady taking orders if there was a manager I could speak with. I wasn't interested in addressing the the baristas behavior as much as I wanted to get the spill addressed. She pointed out the manager, I asked him if he had any wet wipes in the red pack. He said he didn't but he gestured as if to ask, using body language, what's the problem? I pointed to the massive spill, he said ohhhhh no we don't have anything, but there are some napkins over there. I simply retrieved my bag, went to the reg, asked for a refund for the mobile order and walked a block to La Colombe where I am authoring this review. I have never witnessed a colossal collection of incompetence being ushered by a group of people working in unison to sing in a choirs of failure. This place needs a leadership overhaul, I'll be back at Starbucks, this location, however, you may want to think twice about. When I think of escalation, I think mostly what happens and why. This could have easily ended worse if I didn't have the presence of mind to know that how you really get back at poor service in the modern era is to simply write a google review.

Terrible service from the attendant Kayla, treating everyone very rudely. Closed bathrooms horrible service… I don’t recommend it.
Drinks are always great! Everything is clean. The baristas do their best with the insane crowds!

It's kind of a shame. I have never seen such a Starbucks in any country. There is no toilet, 10 chairs for the entire coffee shop just to sit down. Garbage. Don't come here, it's better if these guys close down.
