The service at this location is beyond subpar. The staff is so rude and unaccommodating, that it is actually laughable. Numerous times they have gotten my drink wrong already, and instead of saying, sorry, I will redo it, I have been given looks and snappy remarks, before they proceed to make the drink I actually ordered and paid for correctly. This is what happens when you lower the hiring standards.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances to the store have ramps.

My team and I were delayed starting work. We decided to go to this Starbucks , eat and wait.The energy there was amazing.The employees, amazing!The atmosphere and music, the same.Thanks for having an awesome team ;)

Very friendly staff, even though there was a long line and a lot to do. Appreciate that all three of them kept super motivated and happy.This is a newer location with enough space to move around and plenty of light. Right across from Hudson Yards Mall and the Vessel. Great spot to relax for a moment. I can only imagine how well this location will do in the warmer seasons.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs from plaza. Wide space inside to move around.

It was incredible service from Starbucks!I thought Starbucks was training all of its employees, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It was clear that the entire staff was tired of working and they were really unfriendly ;; I think I need to take care of this.

This is not a review for the company itself but simply for a barista who goes above and beyond for her guests. Melissa is a great barista and an even better individual. Not only does she remember my name but she remembers my orders. She goes out of her way to greet all of her guests and makes everyone feel welcome. Melissa you're amazing! Five stars for Melissa not Starbucks.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in my office building. The service was subpar, particularly when the person in front of me took an excessively long 10 minutes to place their order. In an attempt to expedite my order, I politely asked an employee who was not busy to prepare mine, explaining that I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. Unfortunately, they rudely refused unless I paid upfront.To add to my dissatisfaction, I ordered a nitro cold brew with cold foam, which turned out to be lukewarm. It was so disappointing that I had to discard it. Overall, my visit to this Starbucks was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend it based on the poor service and quality of the coffee.

Attention HydroHomies & tourists, there's a self-service water dispenser if you're looking to refill your water bottle! Also loved the high-ceiling and big windows here. Its bright interior felt refreshing. Pretty loud inside. Limited seating.

This location of (All) employee and I only know a few names Ms. Lisa, Ms. Gloria, Nikita, Ms. Jennifer, Audrey, Michael, Catherine, Warren, Shaquan, Mr. DJ in Hudson Yards location and everyone else on Hudson Yards and not excluding All Starbucks and Starbucks Reserve stores in New York has such a warm, sincere, genuine personality and go beyond for all individuals orders in the store..Thank you for adding Starbucks in New York such as 50 Hudson Yards (connected to #7 train on West 34th St), Harlem on West 145th St & Broadway, Staten Island near Richmond Road, Delivery Stores throughout NYC, Pick Up Order stores, other affiliated with Amazon. First day of the year and they are so rude and they are racist to Indian/Asian people i waited over 15 minutes and i couldn’t even get my drink or ask about it because they have anattitude..Everyone is paying for their drinks so If you’re not happy with what you’re doing you shouldn’t be there and treat people that way

I usually don't venture in this part of Manhattan but I am in the Hudson yard area and the will wait for my cuz inside the local Starbucks and enjoy a large overpriced decaffeinated Cappy and whatever sweet pastries looks fresh or close enough . The interior is bright , spacious, modern , with plenty of comfy seating options , I shared a communal table with a gal who was a bit too loud and a bit too personal with her phone conversation but my hot drink is good and so is my pound cake . Strong wifi , friendly staff , and I just moved into a really comfortable lounge chair and my extended wait for my cuz is not an issue at Starbucks at the Hudson yard.

Very busy Starbucks location with a handful of seating options including tables, a couch, and come recliners. The interior is nice and modern and the windows look out to the Hudson yards courtyard. Grande Iced coffee was almost $6 and mediocre, I really can't understand the price for the quality of the coffee here, meh.
