Fake Starbucks.. be warned!!!! Employees are extremely rude. Not your standard Starbucks service. Asked for a PEN, anything to make the difference between the coffees. The employee said they don’t have a pen or marker. And then told me I should not ask for those type of things. Will never return.

A pretty decent Starbucks. Keep in mind that it is takeout only, as there are no seats. The inside is immaculate and the service is both friendly and timely, even though it can get busy. They accept NYU Dining Dollars here as well which is very convenient. Overall, would recommend.

Store hours says open till 10pm.It's 9:44pm on Sep. 2nd, 2023, but doors are locked and employees are cleaning up inside.Just wanted to get a hot matcha.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Customers service is like a joke. Especially don't go there when you are really in a mood for a cup of coffee because you will be extremely disappointed. Feel free to try your luck when you are in a good mood though. Sometimes they are fine (but don't expect anything close to friendly or helpful).
