This is my favorite Starbucks store in the city. I go almost everyday to get my coffee ☕. Channel always has a smile on her face when she sees me.Everyone working in this store is very friendly and fast and efficient serving the customers. This is a busy store but the crew keeps the place clean and trash emptied out frequent.

I ordered vente Americanno and Meek made me a Grande so I told her I have ordered a vente and she asked me to throw away the Grande in order for her to make me the vente!! I told her I ll keep this one! Why waste the coffee and she refused to make the vente for me! I asked to speak with the manager and she said she is the manager!! Later the manager came out and told me that I should have kept it!!Also I grabbed the cheese protein box and she said give to ne and placed it in the fridge behind her and told me the feta wrap is a better choice!! I asked for the protein cheese no. And was told once it is in the fridge in the back, they won’t sell it to the customer!! The staff like Meek should not be allowed working as a customer service since they have so much psych issues and taking it on the customer. Terrible customer service by Meek, avoid her if you buy here at the 71st st and Broadway. ~M

Another Starbucks interior that turned out worse than before its redecoration. Less seating than before, and what's up with the height of the chairs not matching the height of the window counter high table? Starbucks, you can do better!!!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options could be improved, and additional vegan options would be nice.

Stopped by on a rainy and stormy Sunday for a quick visit.. it was really chilly and I needed something hot.This Starbucks is conveniently located near the 72nd Street train station and to the restaurant I was meeting a friend for brunch, Cafe Luxembourg.I entered and miraculously found there was no line and seats available. I really wanted a hot Caramel Macchiato to cut the chill in my bones.The employee who took my order was friendly and courteous. My coffee was ready rather quickly. I found a seat at the long table and took a sip.. I must say thank you to the barista who brewed my Macchiato magnificently. This had to be one of the best Macchiato I've drank at Starbucks. I savored every sip!The only minor issue was the tables could have been a little cleaner.Other than that, this is a really great Starbucks!Thanks again for the delicious Macchiato!

The absolute worst starbucks company in the world. Poor customer service and horrible services. I went to 2045 Broadway, New Yor,NY store was closed on 10/10/2023,and Staff was in store behind counter at 9am. I contacted Starbucks and customer service representing stated for your inconvenience. I'll load 12 dollars to your gift card this was a lie. I've proof of the call on my phone with date time etc. I went to purchase some coffee on 10/23/2023 and nothing was loaded called I'm received the run around. This is unacceptable. Stop lying to customers and of course have proof. I don't recommend Starbucks how they treat their customers. This was an absolute embarrassment to not have money loaded which was promised when ordering. STOP THE LIES TO CUSTOMERS. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. :::(((((((((((((
